Our instructor Vicci made the class very fun. She is high energy with a great people skills. I booked the class with my teen daughter as a fun mother daughter, life skills bonding day. She made the entire experience super informative while keeping us engaged. I have attended several courses with different instructors over the years and this one has been my favorite by far. My daughter was a little nervous going in as it was her first class but she left feeling very confident in her ability to administer first , use AED and/or CPR as needed. I needed a current BLS card so I found this place on a Wednesday and was able to enroll in a class for Saturday. Online enrollment is super easy and you dont need to purchase a book btw even though someone complained about getting "copies" of the book. I did have a little confusion as to exactly where this was at so I called and Vicci promptly text me directions which were very helpfu! Vicci was great, she did a good job explaining everything, reviewing the AHA video and providing adequate hands on training. She walks you through everything multiple times and points out things that you need to know for the test. Once you are done you find out right there if you passed and she prints you out a card and send you on your way. Super easy and straightforward. I definitely will use Star CPR again in the future. read more

If you're anything like me, you tend to put off recertification as long as possible. With Star CPR, there really is no need for that. If you do, Vicci makes it easy to get recertified, or get your first CPR certification. Unlike most other CPR certification options, Star CPR offers regular classes several times a week. A quick Internet search will provide the website, where you can pre-enroll in classes, and check class schedule and availability. I have used Star CPR the last two or three times I needed to renew for my EMT certification, and I expect to continue in the future. Highly recommended! read more

Just Have to say I Had a super great experience getting my BLS from Star CPR Vicci is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of what she brings to the table. The class is very well organized prepared equipment on hand, very comfortable room settings. Vicci is very friendly and has great work ethics, I would highly recommend anyone to Vicci if your wanting to expand your knowledge of CPR and also get your BLS for health care provider. Ya know that feeling you get when you realize your CPR certification is really expired and you have like two weeks to renew it? Well this place replaces those feelings with sunshine and rainbows! Vicci is totally interactive and easy to learn from. The class was just two hours long! Major bonus points, and I feel prepared to perform CPR on the world! Only one critique and its totally ridiculous.... we gotta get some picture frames for those lovely wall images and charts. And a little laminating for those handouts would be just perfect! read more

Vicci Caselli is a DYNAMITE instructor that knows how to teach an efficient and painless BCLS class. I cannot recommend her highly enough! TIP -- your GPS will fail you in trying to find 3001 Vaux Avenue. It will get you very close, but the building is somewhat "hidden" behind a "strip" shopping center. Instead, set your GPS to "9098 Laguna Main Street, Elk Grove" and park in front of "Pets To Go". Look for the walkway to the left of Pets To Go and take it heading West (it will lead you behind the Pets building). Once behind the Pets building, you see another parking area in front of a building marked "Orthodontics -- Steve Scott, DDS". Star CPR is in this building! read more

My experience here was very traumatic and I was so upset and pissed by my treatment I left in tears. I found the instructor very short and snarky to the point that no one wanted to ask questions, and if you did she wasn't happy. She must have had somewhere she'd rather be on a Saturday morning.
