Here's what I liked: - Easy scheduling - laid back "no pressure" atmosphere. - Easy to communicate with the friendly staff - inexpensive - welcoming; for example, you can sit through classes for free if you feel you need more instruction - comfortable environment ; The class was small in a nice area and building on the second floor. - set you up for success which is how it should be! Note: I did have to go across the street to pay cash after the class but it was no big deal. Plan to have cash on hand in the event you cannot pay electronically or just plan to stop at an ATM after. Thanks Mike! And thanks to the organization also for providing a no stress ACLS class! I will be coming back for PALS

I needed a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification while updating my résumé for several jobs I was…read moreapplying to. After reading the excellent Yelp reviews, I contacted Armando by phone and text, and I'm so glad I did. The entire experience was outstanding. Armando recommended completing the online portion of the course first, which was very affordable and easy to complete. I finished it in one day and enjoyed it so much that I went ahead and completed several of the additional online courses as well. The hands-on training took place at Armando's location in a comfortable one-on-one setting. He has brand-new CPR manikins and an AED simulator, which made the training feel realistic and practical. We practiced CPR and rescue breathing on an adult manikin and then moved on to infant CPR. The equipment provides excellent feedback on compression depth, rhythm, and technique, helping you understand exactly how much pressure and ventilation are needed. Armando is an excellent instructor. He patiently walked me through every step, provided helpful corrections, answered all of my questions, and gave me plenty of time to practice until I felt confident. He is kind, soft-spoken, and creates a welcoming learning environment, especially for anyone who may be nervous or shy. The turnaround time was also impressive. I completed my hands-on training on Thursday, Armando submitted all the required paperwork that same day, and by Friday I already had my certification card. The Yelp reviews were absolutely right--I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Armando to anyone looking for BLS/CPR certification in the area. It's affordable, professional, and truly prepares you with the confidence to help save a life. :)
