I received one of their menu's in the mail. I didn't know about this place and it is pretty close by. Ended up ordering for pickup. Got a traditional large pizza. It was reasonably priced and a good solid traditional pizza. Good crust; good amount of crisp with equal amount of chew. Just the right amount of cheese and a good amount of sweetness to the sauce. Also ordered two chocolate chip cookies. Nothing beats homemade, but these hit the spot. Definitely will keep them in rotation when ordering pizza for home. read more

After frequenting this place for over 8 years and being one of the most reliable pizza places in Hamilton, today's experience makes them the absolute worst. To celebrate the NFL draft tonight, I placed an order for myself and my wife. It was a simple order of mega fries, French fries, and a personal plain pizza. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and I recounted my order. Both the cook and the person running the register looked very inquisitive and were like "what personal?" I began to get very frustrated visibly. They sort of apologized but only offered to make the pizza at that moment which would have been inconvenient because I was on a rush to attend my party. I requested two slices instead and once again was given half hearted apologies. No offer to make it right, no discounted item, nothing. Just an "Oh well" at best. I paid for my order and stormed out with my food. This place has changed so much since the pandemic. The wonderful young girl who was the mascot on the menu is now gone. The nice lady who was always at the front and was helpful to everyone is now gone. The basics of customer service are also gone. I am glad that I have two other places near me who do what they can for the support of their customers. This place is not that anymore. read more

I hadn't been here for quite some time, not for any reason other than the area is saturated with pizza places. I ordered off Slice to pick up. Flawless sale. Great food and great service! Probably one of the better cheesesteaks in the area tbh. I'm a REAL Philly cheesesteak girl and Sabrina's cooked up a pretty tasty cheesesteak!!!! Lots of fried onions as requested through the app! Sabrina's Pizza took me by surprise. I mean, I knew it was there, but I never considered checking it out until very recently. Now, I've had lunch there twice in one week, and it could easily become one of my regular stops for tomato pie or other midday meal. Hamilton has dozens of decent small Italian joints that put out the standard fare, and it takes a lot of tasting to distinguish them from each other. Eventually, the better shops emerge above the rest and the circle of good restaurants finally closes. If embarrassment of riches makes any sense for pizza parlors, this part of the world has it. That doesn't mean that other cities don't do it as well or maybe better (You know who you are). Still, I have come to appreciate the richness of the pizza/tomato pie tradition around here. What about the food, you ask? The Eggplant Parm Sandwich I had a few days ago was thin sliced, fine ground bread crumb coating and individually olive oil sautéed purple nightshade, placed in a fresh torpedo and topped with plenty of mozza cheese and a chunky tomato gravy. Totally a knife and fork experience. With an iced tea, it comes in at just under ten bucks. Today's bar pie size Tomato Pie with Italian Sweet Sausage was even better. It arrived in the hands of the owner/chef on a large ceramic plate, all steamy - a cloud of garlic infused vapors fogging my glasses and attacking my senses. The crust was firm and crunchy, and even with the extra load of lumpy gravy and ground meat, managed to hold a firm point through most of the meal. It was excellent and really tasted like it was made in Nonna's kitchen. If there is anything to pic a nit about it would be that the pie might have been even better with a little less on top. The tomato sauce was so chunky that it remained moist on the finished disk and as it cooled and released it water condensate, the remaining slices softened and weakened its ability to hold its load. There was actually a bit of water left over as the pie was consumed, and it lost its crunch. Sometimes, less is more. read more

I have ordered or eaten at Sabrina's for about 5 years. I would say 99% of the time we order their salads. I have also stopped in and had a few slices from time to time, but they are our 'go-to' for salads. Tonight we ordered hoagies. Italian. Simple right? It's not their specialty for sure. Also, the sandwiches were warm when we got them. Like they were sitting in a car. I will say the roll was good, but it definitely was the worst Italian hoagie I have ever had. So I haven't any recent reviews on this pizzeria but definitely deserved some acknowledgement for their amazing food. Pizzas are always personalized to my likings. The staff is always willing to fill my picky requests with no problem. I visit Sabrina's any time I have to wash my laundry next door and my siblings and I love it. Their pizza slices on display range from $2-3 and we always grab a few. Not to mention their quick and amazing cheesesteaks. ** PLEASE READ! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! ** We usually love Sabrina's in East Windsor. They are fast and consistent and we've gone to them with the old and new owners. Now THIS ONE?? We have been customers for almost a year after just moving to Hamilton in Sept 2019. They are less than a mile from our house and it took ONE HOUR AND A HALF to get ONE PIE. Just one. We placed our order at 5:57pm and didn't receive it till 7:35. I called the place once when it was 10 minutes late and the guy on the phone told me a FEMALE was delivering our pizza and she was on her way. Cut to TWENTY minutes later, still no pizza so I called again to which they put me on hold for 3 minutes! I called a THIRD TIME 5 min later and the guy said that the GIRL should have been here by now. As I was on the phone with the guy here pulls up the driver who is A MALE and the guy on the phone told me to check the pizza and make sure it was still hot or they would make us a new one NOT FOR FREE. He didn't even offer to refund our money. He blamed it on the delivery guy. I checked the pizza and because we were freaking hungry I was just like whatever it's fine BUT THE PIZZA WAS COLD FOLKS!! This was the worst delivery experience we have ever had. They didn't even try to rectify it. We will never use this Sabrina's again. We needed a large order for a party we were having and this was our first time using Sabrina's, as a family member had recommended them to us. We needed multiple pizzas of different kinds and 100 wings and not only did they deliver which was a huge plus (on time too), they also got the order completely correct. Everything was delicious. Let's start with a warning. Make sure you're hungry going in because as you walk to the counter and get hit in the face with that delicious pizza smell, YOU'RE GOING TO WANT SOME! I've tried many items on their menu but my absolute favorite is their Sicilian pizza. The dough is nice and thick, and there's just something magical about that cheese and sauce combination. Delicious! Their regular pizza is ok but honestly, the Sicilian makes it taste boring by comparison. Not in the mood for pizza? My second favorite menu item is the baked zitti dinner. Perhaps they use similar sauce ingredients because it's delicious. After you eat the ziti be sure to save some of the bread for dipping into the sauce. I'm also a fan of their lentil soup. On the few occasions where we ate in instead of ordering takeout they were very nice and courteous. I went here and ordered a cheese steak and a couple slices of pizza. The meat in the cheese steak had hard chunks fat in it which was really nasty. Maybe they should consider using a better cut of meat. The pizza was mediocre at best but not terrible or I would have given this place one star. I've been ordering from Sabrina's at least once, sometimes twice a week for the past two years. I was having company over for my mother's birthday and wanted to get chicken franchaise catered for dinner. I called the day in advance and specifically asked what the half tray came with, so I knew in advance if I needed to make anything. I also had someone else there when I was asking who could testify I asked. I was told by the young girl on the phone it came with pasta and dinner rolls. After my parents picked up the food, I realized there was no pasta. I called to see if it was accidentally left at the restaurant, which I was then told (by the same young girl) it didn't come with pasta. I was so embarrassed and panicked because I had company over. My boyfriend had to go pick up the pasta, which they charged him $33 additional to the $45 we paid for the chicken. At that point, it was just as expensive as a full tray. I think it was extremely lousy and terrible customer service of Sabrina's to charge us for this, especially because I've been a loyal customer of theirs for about two years straight. Never, ever again! We've ordered from this pizza shop before but will never get food from there again even if it was the last place on earth that had food to offer. We ordered a Sicilian pizza and brought it home. My family of four grabbed a piece and started eating. It was decent until I went for the second piece when a found a WAD of black, curly, wirey hair. It was baked into 4 different pieces that were all held together by it. I called and the gentleman told me to bring it back to get a refund or replacement. Needless to say our appetite was ruined and we didn't want replacement; just a refund. The situation got even worse when I brought it back. The man immediately told me I can't expect a full refund because 4 pieces were gone. I said I DID expect a full refund because I didn't pay for a head full of human hair. He told me nothing in life is free and maybe it was my hair I put in there. My hair is down to the middle of my back and dirty blonde in color. After some words were exchanged quietly (even though he told me to SHUT UP repeatedly), he went into the cash register, took out cash and gave it to me stating he gave me a couple extra dollars "as a tip for me." Absolutely disgraceful; no care for customers and never even apologized. Disgusting. read more
