Service was A1. The pupusas are the best. The place is very clean. I will definitely be back.

Had been seeing this spot in Lynwood/South Gate border as I drive down Long Beach Blvd. Moms said…read morewe should try. Piled in to the parking that shares a plaza. Very limited and tight anyways walked in small yet homie and was greeted by the ladies right away. I told them I wanted to place an order to go and the guided me through the process they offered a variety of fillings for the PUPUSAS they make. Frijoles, chicharron, queso or mixed and vegetarian. Huh go figure anyways got three of each as we had family over and it was to give them a try. It came with all the fixings and salsas you need to create the best tasting pupusa I have tasted. I enjoyed it cooked all the way through and not dry at all and for all my Salvadoreños I did not use a fork or knife to eat it. I will definitely come back to try other dishes they had on the menu although I do plan to get there early as when I ordered they told me it was about a 45 minute wait for the food. I didn't mind at all as something told me this small little place that I was informed used to be a hamburger place was vibing and entirely full in the booths. You know what they say. Full of patrons. Full of flavor. It's good go ahead and give them a try. You ain't doing anything anyways. Good job señoras and señores if there were any in the back but all I saw where ladies. Gracias y Buen Provecho.

This place has it all. I used to come all the time when I worked in Downey. It's a small mom and…read morepop restaurant and I think I've ran into the owners a few times and they're wonderful people. Service is always on point but the FOOD. man. They have something for everyone. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. They have food from all over South America... its hard to pick a favorite. I mean I guess you'd assume that pupusas are their bread and butter and you wouldn't be wrong.... but everything is good. I love their tamles, their atole, lomo saltado, sopas, alfajores?!?!?! man. They even have simple meals that even kids would enjoy like your typical hamburgers and what not. I love their curtido that comes with the pupusas. not too tart, not too salty, perfectly seasoned, crunchy, and refreshing. Portions are always generous and filling. They do dine in, take out, and delivery. eat what you want, wherever you want. really the perfect choice for dinner or a quick lunch. or a snack. Super chill environment, plenty of parking... they really make it easy. I gotta try their whole fried fish dishes next time. Check them out and support a small business!

The bistec encebollado was good and tender but the meat had a lot of fat. It would have been nice if they trimmed it. It was served with white rice and beans. The pollo was good also. It was hubby's plate. He enjoyed it. I thought it was a little too salty for my taste but edible. Pupusas: mixed and queso con jalapeño. I enjoyed the mixed one. It had more flavor. The other tasted like pure cheese. The size was decent and good curtido and salsa. Overall maybe would consider coming back. A little pricey. Most plates started at $20. Plenty of parking.
