Quesadilla breast $5 not worth it!!!! VERY dry!!!
Ariel V.

I was craving pupusas so I got one cheese and one frijoles. Not worth it!!! No flavor VERY OILY.!!! I waited almost 30mins for just 2 pupusas. Within an hour after I ate them I had stomach pain and ran to the restroom. I'm sure it was all the oil. I also bought the quesadilla bread, super dry! Very disappointed I thought I was going to find a good Pupuseria but I would NOT recommend. Plus it's super stuffy and hot inside.

Pupusa Revuelta de Arroz

I am thinking all the bad reviews are customers who give a hard time because everytime I come here, I receive good service and tasty food!! The pupusas are evenly filled, I have never received one with little filling and too much masa! The wait time have also been reasonable (unless you go when they're packed, in that case BE PATIENT!! It is a nice restaurant to dine in as well, waitresses are always nice and helpful! I always come here.

The cashier was rude. I ordered 7 pupusas of the big $4.50 kind and they gave me tiny bag of curtido and tomatoe juice. I politely ask for one more of each and she said $1 each I said ok Then she comes and try's to charge $5 for both. Won't be coming back. You would think for the amount of pupusas she would give one extra curtido and tomatoe baggy They are stingy!!!!

2 pupusas revueltas and fresca de ensalada food is good here but service sucks sometimes it's a hit or a miss

Is the phone number on this site current? I called over and over and finally just came in to have to wait 30 minutes for food. As I waited the phone kept ringing and I never saw anyone answer

They pay no attention to the phone. They are lucky their food is good. I don't even try anymore because it's so frustrating.

5/5 : Torogoz has been my family's favorite pupusa spot for years. Unlike them, I don't eat pupusas…read morevery often, perhaps once or twice a year. This spot is a lowkey mom-and-pop shop, nothing fancy. It's my go-to when introducing people to my culture. The pupusas are pretty big, and they have a meal with 3 pupusas with a drink for about $10-13. When we sat down it was an hour before closing, but the waitress was very kind, attentive, and showed no sign of annoyance. She started us off with some complimentary chips and refried beans. My party of two ordered 6 pupusas, a coffee, horchata, and a chicken tamale. The chicken tamale was well-seasoned and large in size, and they didn't skimp on the chicken or masa. The best parts of the pupusas is that they have a lot of filling and they don't have excess corn flour (masa) around the edges. That takes A LOT of skill! They're also good as leftovers if you pop them in an air fryer on a low setting ;). Overall, I'd 100% recommend this restaurant to people.

Both the yucca and pork were cooked to perfection and was worth $11.50 - great portion and ate it as an entree although it's listed as an appetizer. The salpicón was tasty but small on the portion size for $18.50. The Ambiance on the first floor was very nice and not too loud despite having a bar - they also have a second floor which I imagine is a little quieter. Note that they charged a 'Restaurant surcharge' of about 10% of the total - not sure what that's for... Definitely try the fried or regular yucca with pork - Delicious!

Come on!)
