For the most part, there are different styles of clothes on the different racks. They organized their clothes by color and the type of clothing, so white tops were on one rack, black bottoms were below, etc. Usually there are just one size, which they call "free size." Once you find something you like you have to tell the lady you want it so she can radio it in on the headset so she can bring you a brand new one that is still in the plastic package. I kind of like this concept because you know you are getting a brand new item to take home, one that doesn't have everyone's nasty oils on it. :P They also have a clearance section. If you thought you'd be overwhelmed with the main part of the store, just wait until you go to the clearance section! This is overwhelming..lots of clothes everywhere that's only organized by type like tops and bottoms. They also have accessories throughout the store like cute hats, handbags, wallets and jewelry. They have a very small shoe selection as well. When we went they had a promotion that if you spent over a certain amount you could get a free glass Tupperware! We spent over the amount and got it, but was too heavy to carry around to the other countries we were visiting so we left it with our cousin in HK. I thought that was a really cool promotion!

Different service here compared to the North America location. Again this one doesn't have anyone to greet you. But i have to say the cloths here are cheaper than the other clothing stores in HK. HK stuff are expensive that's for sure. Came back to see the second time. Still nothing interest me. They do have more t shirts than the North America locations. So not to my surprise, the store decor looks the same as any other Uniqlo. Staff here are friendly. So you do get service. They say Thank-you for come to Uniqlo nonstop. Yes I mean non-stop. The season stock rotates quite fast here. All the cloths are for spring or summer. I didn't find what I want. But I still enjoy shopping here. I asked someone there and they did make an effort to look for me. So thumbs up to that.

Today I officially stopped in. Come to find out the brand is young, having only been founded in 2005. Clothes are indeed made with natural fibers that are designed to be particularly resistant yet worn as every day wear. Mohairs, cotton, jersey, etc...thus I was not too off by picking this up in their window display. The shop is small and I felt like there was not very much product to see. Nobody said hello to me as I flipped through the clothes around the shop for a few minutes. Clothes are piced in the $1000-$3000 price range on average (not on sale and this is what I was seeing for fall/winter clothing) for stuff that I was not sure about on craftsmanship or quality. There were some unknowns in my head as I perused the racks. Maybe a line to watch as it grows in the world or maybe another Yelper can contribute more info about what I should love about this line or this store, but to me it gets a Yelp 3. There are lots of blues, whites, creams and other calming colors throughout. Manila Grace is an Italian brand that houses casual, chic clothing. The styles are very relaxed and the fabrics are light and airy. I saw many pieces that I would consider wearing in the store that looked comfortable, but also had a bit of an edge to them. According to my husband, who thinks he pegged my style, this is a classy hippy clothing store. Manila Grace also has some very unique accessories which are available for purchase. They have gorgeous scarves and I was infatuated with their partially woven jewelry. I found a necklace that I liked that was half rose gold colored, and the other half is woven. and the salesperson kept showing it to me in different colors. When I finally selected the one I wanted to purchase, she showed me a different length of the necklace which made my decision making even more challenging. Manila Grace brings style to classic comfort. This is a very popular style in Hong Kong, so this store will probably be around for a while. Prices are mid-ranged and they use high quality fabrics so that clothing will last.

I quickly asked if they had the Camellia-embossed WOC in Black and when the SA said, "Yes," I was in shock - I couldn't believe it! She escorted us downstairs to Accessories and she and another SA proceeded to bring out a few WOC options. The Camellia, the Quilt in Lambskin and Calfskin, and Gold and Silver hardware selections. It's strange, but even the classic quilted WOC is difficult to find and it was nice to finally see everything in person. After making my selection, I was pleased that the SA brought out the brand new WOC and asked if I would like to inspect it. I carefully did and found no imperfections or marks. Absolutely perfect. Service, of course, was exceptional. Everyone was so very nice and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the boutique. It was extremely helpful that everyone spoke English as well! We were thoughtfully offered hot water since it was a cooler day, however, I preferred chilled water and received a bottle of Evian instead. The SA that completed my transaction even escorted us back upstairs before handing me my shopping bag. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend a visit!

Yes, you have to line up to go into the store (completely unheard of in the United States) but once inside, there are a sea of beautiful bags waiting for you to dump your salary checks on Customer service at the front door was great, by the way! They give you an iPad to look at while waiting to go inside so you can check out which styles they have! Currently debating on the black Chanel Le Boy (approx $4,300 USD). Not having to pay USA tax is definitely a bargain
