They've failed on two occasions within that last year to correctly confirm appointments (one time they claimed that my mom gave them an incorrect phone number), and just recently (~April 28th) failed to get back to my mother on test results after 10 calendar days; when we pressed them on the test results delay they responded that the results were negative and therefore it "wasn't critical or important enough" to respond more quickly.

He was taken back put in a area to prepare for procedure, I was sitting in waiting area and the nurses back in the area were so loud laughing and talking that it was very unprofessional my son told me afterward that he was calling for help because he was about to pass out because of the pain and none of the many nursing staff standing right there could hear him because of their party like atmosphere. It is just not the place to be so loud when people are in pain they don't want to hear loud noises it needs to be a calm, quiet atmosphere. He takes time to listen and isn't judgmental or dismissive. He's very understanding and isn't quick to prescribe drugs. He accepts alternative treatments and will research rather than quickly try to get you on a drug. He makes sure that IF I need a medication it won't interact with what I already take. I really like that. I trust him completely with my health. I honestly feel like he cares about me and my health.
