The roof was replaced in one day, with unforeseen costs being rotted wood under the shingles. These costs were communicated prior but because of the rising cost of wood, it still stung a little. The gutters were put on the following week. They did an amazing job and our end unit townhome had a real face lift. There was another unforeseen cost due to a slight miscommunication but Micah remedied this and adjusted the cost. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof.
