I will spare you the stories of his kids and pictures of his dog and just tell you that the initial quote (hang onto your hat) was $75K. Three normal doors. We finally were able to chase him out. And we called Windows World. The salesperson who came out was not on commission. He did not do a hard sell like the first person. He just talked about doors. We wanted a french door that would swing out. First bidder said he could do that. The WW sales person said that it was not possible because that's not how doors are made. He said they would do it if we signed a release accepting that we wanted the door installed backwards. The WW experience was pleasant and efficient. The quote was under $20K. Quite a bit under. It takes awhile to get the product so now we wait but, if you need doors and probably windows, don't forget these guys. I think they are honest and I hope they do a good job manufacturing and installing our doors.

RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. I left a voice message and he called back with no details at all. We were stymied why Mr. Mock didn't want to be honest and forthcoming and not answering our specific questions on price and window details. How can we compare prices between contractors if we never get the window requirements and specs? Very bizarre way he operates and not professional at all. The worker who did the work had an attitude from the start. The sub contractors they sent did not do what Fletcher had proposed and then wanted more money. They made us sign a Change Order to cover work that was already supposed to be covered (Replacing Subfloor) Then charged us $160 each for four sheets of floor underlayment. (Less than $50 sheet at Lowes) Water overflowed and damaged kitchen ceiling (another sub to fix) Installed Medicine cabinet that would not open due to hitting sink faucet. Construction debris sat in driveway for 3 weeks. Dismal Project Management, awful communication, HIGH Price. Dont use Fletcher !
