Colt did the installation and he was excellent. He showed up on time, worked hard the entire time he was here and cleaned up after himself perfectly. I would recommend anyone shopping for carpet installation to use Pannell Floors. One thing I learned about installation of carpet is that it significantly improves the ability of the installer to stretch the carpet if it sits in your house overnight to acclimate to the temperature and humidity of your home. Not only does this improve the installation, it extends the warranty. You pay extra for this service as it takes his guys two visits to install the carpet vs just showing up and doing it. Colt removed and disposed of the old carpet and padding, then cut the new rubber padding to size, ran a double tack strip so I could run my surround speaker wires under the carpet then cut the carpet to rough size. We then cranked up the heat to around 74 degrees for the night to warm up the carpet so it can stretch better. It looks and feels outstanding. I'll use Dave and Colt when we need the rest of the house done. They are responsive, professional and price competitively. There was very little waste or leftover (which we regret), but it's a testament to how accurate Dave orders to minimize cost of material. I would recommend this rubber padding under any rug or runner vs. what is available to purchase online or through Amazon...even the expensive 1/2" rug pads. The rebound is so much better and easier on your feet, it feels luxurious!

As mentioned the initial impression of Paulson's sales team was favorable…read more Our flooring was completed after 3 days of work from 2 excellent floor installation pros. Unfortunately the outcome is substandard compared to multiple flooring installation jobs we have had done in homes in both Mission Viejo, California and Scottsdale, AZ. 1. Paulsons underestimated the required flooring, so the stairs are yet to be completed. The ETA to receive more flooring is 1 month, since this was the original time frame. 2. Edging baseboard reattachment looks horrible. The installers told us we would have to hire another contractor to paint and caulk attach all our baseboards. This is confusing as we have never seen this with our last hardwood floor and porcelain tile plank installation. The finished product looked tidy and polished. Although this current project was 800 sqft upstairs remodel at a $15,000 price tag, I expected similar results to our previous flooring installation experience back in Scottsdale, AZ. Perhaps this is all the unsuspecting customer can expect from Paulson's. We now will need to find a contractor to reattach caulk and paint the baseboards. Plus patch paint scraped walls. More money of course. We were planning on also remodeling our first floor 5 year old luxury vinyl redone with Cortec with Paulsons. However, after this week's install, we seriously having doubts. Lesson learned. A good sales talk from Troy, doesn't mean the customer will have a positive outcome and experience. Very disappointed in Paulsons. I don't believe Mr. Paulson of yesteryear would find the workmanship of our project acceptable. I. Summary the Cortec flooring is beautiful, the installation very concerning. If I was to do it all over again , I would use somebody else.

Abraham's Floor Covering - Unsafe 5 spindles missing with bungee cord and I got a step ladder as a gift. Never made safe for my kids and one with autism.

    Abraham's Floor Covering

Abraham was hired to do an upstairs remodel with a fourth bedroom wall to create my house into a true 4 bedroom with a closet that was not completed. Abraham did a cut out of my downstairs staircase open nook so I had extra room for decorations or anything I desired to put away and gave me more sq. footage. Waited from end of May until the day I did not want him back in my house which I let him go November 1st. Abraham never put the trim on my wall back for the mini barn style cut out unique door which he began work on my house in May. He didn't fully come back to work at my house until the beginning of July. Spent maybe 6 full days in July. Went on vacations and didn't keep in touch. He would be gone weeks at a time and do small jobs at a time doing my house but left holes in floor, projects 20% incomplete, a huge gapping stair well with 5 missing spindles and no safety net other than a step ladder he left me and a bungee cord that needs to be thrown away from age. Spent over 5 days doing my wall (dry wall) and it shows sections of his work phases with paint on ceiling and didn't do a good job as promised. Encourage money all down to lock in price and after 6 months of my house being a mess with projects unfinished only wants to give me 14.5% of my total refund and keep all my money. I've never been treated like this and I put my family at risk of safety and big inconveniences. Abraham's Flooring only positive is licensed, insured, and bonded.
