I get all hyped up with my Kpop love for my bias (group). The place is clean, bright, and the staff is really nice. They are smiling! It's a better value to buy stuff here than the Ktown place, where individual photo cards are like $5+.

There were unique pieces I haven't seen at other places. There were so many cute kids hats, purses, and soft shoes. There was also a good selection of wider toe box shoes that are great for toddlers. There are also adult clothes in the back but the selection is smaller and less interesting. They have brands like Mini Boden and Mini Melissa (brands you'd see at Nordstroms). The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.

It's located on the first floor of The Source OC and is next door to Blue Lab and Aritaum. You'll find a mix of clothes for different occasions, seasons, and styles. They had their official opening June 1-7 and ran promotions to encourage people to stop by to shop: any purchase would get you a free eyeliner and any purchase of $25 or more would get you a free lipstick. Lots of women stopped in to peruse the racks. They had some special prices on items outside which were marked down slightly from their tagged prices, like basic tees which were 3 for $18. I was interested in a top in the window and the saleswoman pulled it for me to try on. There is only one dressing room, but it's a good sized space to try on clothes. They have disposable face covering guards for protecting the clothes if you're wearing makeup and need to pull something on over your head. The top fit, but it wasn't my style. I did see other cute tops and items, but nothing I had to have that day. Prices varied based on the item and details - some of the nicer pieces could be around $35-60 while peacoats and winter down jackets were closer to $80-150. I would come back if I was visiting The Source. It seems like they always have new items in store and it's a good option for those looking for Korean fashion that could be sophisticated or fun without spending too much. The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time.
