Both Jeff and Liam answered all my questions patiently and did a fantastic job with snaking the wire from downstairs through the walls and to the second floor and made sure to hide where the holes (3 small ones downstairs and one through the wall upstairs where the refrigerator hid it) and patched the holes afterwards. Then they installed an Ecobee thermostat. We had used Kuhlman 5 years ago to upgrade our panel and install outdoor electrical hookups and were so pleased that we had no doubt that this time we would have the same great service.
