It has grown so much, and I've noticed way less hair shedding. Nicole is not only incredibly talented, but she's also one of the sweetest, kindest, and most professional people you'll meet. She's always welcoming, positive, and makes every appointment such a pleasant experience. What I appreciate the most is how much she truly cares about her clients. I had to cancel my appointment yesterday because I thought I was going to the beach today. When my plans changed, I called hoping to get my appointment back. Even though she had already filled my spot, she went out of her way to rearrange her schedule and make it work for me. That level of kindness and dedication is rare. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a hairstylist who genuinely cares about both your hair and her clients. Thank you, Nicole, for always making my hair look and feel amazing!

We had a full consultation, agreed on a price of $300-$400, and I was clear about what I wanted: blended, lived-in highlights that would look good worn up. I first went to her friend to cut my hair and after I cut 7-8 inches, she spent hours on my color, most of the appointment venting about drama at her past salons (should have been my first red flag) or talking about her church (also a red flag to me as religion isn't my preferred topic with someone you just met?) The result? Tiger stripes on top and the entire bottom half of my hair completely untouched- zero blending. Exactly the opposite of what I asked for. Then she charged me $800. Twice what we agreed on. I was too stunned to dispute it. When I followed up, she said she doesn't do refunds and was sorry I didn't like it. End of conversation. Bad color, no integrity on pricing, and zero accountability. Please go somewhere else.
