S K Cleaners usually doesn't get a very high review at all. They are a Mom's & Pop Cleaners Shop outside Fort Bliss off from the Cassidy Gate near Dyer Street. I personally feel that many of the reviews are based on its location. I get it, it is not the "nicest" looking shop but they get the job done and faster than the cleaners inside post. Way faster. They do a great job with tough stains and square away your baret. I been here several times without issues. Yes, I do have a hard time understanding their accent and I am sure they have a hard time understanding mine but again "they get the job done" If the cleaners inside post tell you it will be a week before your uniform will be ready I suggest you drive for 8 minutes and drop your uniform here, explain the urgency and they can get it done in 2-3 days. read more

For Air Force Name Plates - Move along!! Do not recommend. $7 per name plate and thr quality and colors are awful. The top of the "T" was thinner than the other lines and extremely short, looking ridiculous. The threading looked pathetic too since there were lines connecting every letter, which I understand is the case when a machine is set to do all the work, but come on. Compared to my existing name plates, this is not attractive.. Ordered 4 name plates, paid close to $30 and 3 days later, embarrassed to wear these. Thankfully, I still have great quality ones from another place to wear on uniform and will pry use these for hidden areas. Go elsewhere for this service. read more

This was one of the locations I took my uniforms to because plenty of people recommended it and mentioned paying extra to get your ribbons and such put back on for you. Which this may work for guys, having major terrain features doesn't work for females. I knew it'd be pointless because I'd have to have everything put on with me wearing my top anyways. Again, great for men! As much as I want to say I've had a great experience like everyone else, I haven't. My uniform would come back with discolorations so I thought it was from long hours of wearing it. After taking it to a different location not only did they clean out the discolorations but it looked like a brand new uniform! I've never been back since. It makes me sad because this location is so close to post and was really convenient. read more

I just wanted to go on the record by saying that this particular dry cleaner is THE place to go if you're in a pinch and need to have your stuff rushed, but with high quality results. Not only will they facilitate a two day turn around if you're willing to pay extra; they will place all the medals on your uniform, should you happen to take it in with them already on, accurate measurements and all! That's a service I have NEVER seen before in any of the other dry cleaning facilities I've used in years past. One caveat: should you request a rush on your attire, you must pay up front. The location is nice, too. They are very cleverly located just outside of Fort Bliss. It's just a shame that with all the business they get, they have so few reviews. Because I would highly recommend this place to all members of the military and civilians with nice suits, too. S K Cleaners easily gets 5 sparkling new suits out of 5, without question! read more

Not MUCH to say about this place... I mean if you don't know what a dry cleaners is, you probably don't need to be going to a dry cleaners lol... So this review is simple... *Sketch shopping center. It's the cleaners, laundromat, tattoo shop, barber shop and car wash all in one... Ehhh *They offer same day (if in by 0900) or 24hr turn around. That's a huge plus, which I had to take advantage of recently. *CHEAPER than the Cleaners in post. By about a dollar. Question is, would the round trip here use a dollar worth of gas as compared to your round trip to Freedom Crossing? Depends on where you live I guess. *Friendly Staff... I trust them *Closed at 1500 on Saturdays and NOT open at all on Sunday's. *For a fee, they will not only have your dress uniform dry cleaned, they will also set it up to the Army Regulations standard... Male and female uniforms alike. Now that, is pretty dang cool if you're pressed for time, lazy as fuuuuhhhh, or just horrible at setting up a uniform ... With your fat chocolate covered fingers.. I don't hold this against them, but....fast next day service with fee is excellent. However, when doing creases they need to be straight and proportional. When I walked in for pick up you could smell fresh cigarette smoke in the shop, two shirts from other customers were mixed in with my pickup, and there was white animal hair of some kind all over my suit so now I have to get it re-cleaned elsewhere before I can wear it around my lady friend that is severely allergic to dogs and cats. read more

They are the best. I am in the army and its such a hassle to know what to do with your dress blues. This place will dry clean, sew your rank on, as well as put the ribbons and other crap on it. Excellent customer service as well as military knowledge. I will come here again for sure. read more

I took items to dry cleaners and to have alterations was promised to have ready and they failed to do the dry cleaning as instructed . I now do not have my stuff ready I am very disappointed with the their service this was the first time and the last time I use them . Lady that does alterations was very rude. She charged my card and because they didn't get proof on their side she wanted to charge me again. I didn't have the money to cover the second charge and she wouldn't give me my jacket. I'm an honest person that asked to try and work something out as i needed the jacket for inspection (in the army). She refused and wouldn't do anything to help me. read more

they screwed up my ribbons and badges on my dress uniform. i got kicked out of the promotion board because my measurements were off. my company told me to go to them. now sgt major is raising hell. went back to the cleaners to get a refund and they said they did not mess up no refund. going back with my 1st sgt later to get my $50. read more
