Soda machine is broken, snack machine is full of expired product and to top it off, the bathroom has no paper products. If this were apocalypse times, this place would be gold. But it's not, so it isn't. Even in an emergency, this place should not be an option. I only came here to see if Lorena was working, only to find out they have no employee on site and the employee office is barred up and locked. I'm not surprised. Also, there's no A/C!! You have to go outside to cool off! Geez! I have no idea who paid off the powers that be to keep this place in operation. Should've used that money to revamp this hellhole.

Why am I rating on a laundromat you ask? Why am I putting energy, time, and effort into a post…read moreabout a location like this - and for a mere 3 stars? Well, because I'm terrified of them and it took a lot for me to find one I felt safe in. There's one right up the road, but I drove across town because of all the reviews on this place. Do I think it was worth it? Eh. Did I feel safe? For someone that's terrified of laundromats - no. Would I go back again? No. I'm posting this help someone else if they find themselves in the same situation. I'm not talking someone's going to shoot me, just to clarify. It felt dim, claustrophobic in the middle of a Tuesday early afternoon. This is by no means the fault of the location. Though the parking lot is absolutely HORRIBLE on the side closest to the light. Deep potholes all over, it's clearly been that way for a while. The inside was decent. I hear there's someone always on duty. Snacks and beverages for purchase. Different sized washers. Wish it was better lit. They had cameras around the inside. Plenty of different sized baskets to transfer your clothes from the washer to dryer. I feel it was very expensive compared to most places. My clothes didn't feel clean afterwards and despite detergent and smell good dryer sheets my clothes smelt weird afterwards. Huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this place... :(

I couldn't wait because I was out of clean clothes and really had to get them washed and dried. I am really grateful to find Sonny's Laundromat, which is really clean, and has super sleek and modern washer and dryer machines :) ! A lady named Teri was on duty and really helped to guide me through the card system for loading money so I could my new card for the washer and dryer services. I forgot to bring my laundry detergent. So she kindly sold me a small box of detergent for $2 :) ! She was so friendly, patient and courteous and answered all the questions I had :) ! I was so grateful :D ! There are plenty of regular seats inside while you wait for your laundry to finish, as well as some cubicle-like desk areas with chairs if you would like to hop on free WiFi and get some work done :) ! I brought my electronics and my work binder so I could get some work done while I waited. There are also nice and clean folding tables to fold your laundry when it is dried :) ! You can do your own service laundry like me :) ! Or you can opt to drop off your laundry for the employees to work on, and pick it up later. I opted to do my own laundry since it was cheaper. But overall, their available services are pretty reasonably priced :) ! There are different-sized washers, depending on how small, medium or large your load is. I had a medium sized load, so my wash was about $5.95 for 20 minutes. The dryer was $2 for 38 minutes. I was really relieved to finish my laundry so quickly :D ! This laundry facility exceeded my expectations with the excellent customer service :) ! Most of the customers who come here are pretty respectful as well :) ! I will definitely be back for my regular clothes, and also with my bedsheets and comforters next time ;) ! I also really like how there is plenty of parking :D ! And just to ease everyone's burden of carrying or wheeling their laundry load in, the front door automatically opens so you don't have to use extra hands just to open the door :) !
