I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this.
