If you wanna get charged for the privilege of paying for work that's not actually getting done,…read morethis is the place to go! I picked up my shirts and they still had stains on all the collars, on all of my shirts. It's as if they just took the shirts and hung them back up and then gave them back to me on the pick up date. When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically pointed out the stains on the collars and ask they be treated. I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.

Maybe it's the discount they offer to military, fire fighters and law enforcement. Maybe it's the convenient location. Or maybe it's their ability to take a cheap $90 suit and make it look like a $400 one. Whatever the case, you can bet your best set of cufflinks that Star Cleaners will have you dressed to the nines like it's prom night 1999 and the Casa Blanca combined. The owner is a nice old man who clearly knows his suits. They do an excellent job tailoring and dry cleaning, all for an affordable price. Best of all, they're fast! I've had all my suits tailored and dry cleaned within a week's time each visit. They even dry cleaned my white dress shirts so spot free, they look lighter than Michael Jackson. I highly recommend this place if you live in the "25" area (you locals know what I'm talking about). I'm giving Star Cleaners on Hawkins and Montana 5 neatly pressed and steam cleaned zoot suits out of 5.
