When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically pointed out the stains on the collars and ask they be treated. I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.

I am really grateful to find Sonny's Laundromat, which is really clean, and has super sleek and modern washer and dryer machines :) ! A lady named Teri was on duty and really helped to guide me through the card system for loading money so I could my new card for the washer and dryer services. I forgot to bring my laundry detergent. So she kindly sold me a small box of detergent for $2 :) ! She was so friendly, patient and courteous and answered all the questions I had :) ! I was so grateful :D ! There are plenty of regular seats inside while you wait for your laundry to finish, as well as some cubicle-like desk areas with chairs if you would like to hop on free WiFi and get some work done :) ! I brought my electronics and my work binder so I could get some work done while I waited. There are also nice and clean folding tables to fold your laundry when it is dried :) ! You can do your own service laundry like me :) ! Or you can opt to drop off your laundry for the employees to work on, and pick it up later. I opted to do my own laundry since it was cheaper. But overall, their available services are pretty reasonably priced :) ! There are different-sized washers, depending on how small, medium or large your load is. I had a medium sized load, so my wash was about $5.95 for 20 minutes. The dryer was $2 for 38 minutes. I was really relieved to finish my laundry so quickly :D ! This laundry facility exceeded my expectations with the excellent customer service :) ! Most of the customers who come here are pretty respectful as well :) ! I will definitely be back for my regular clothes, and also with my bedsheets and comforters next time ;) ! I also really like how there is plenty of parking :D ! I cancelled my service with AW on 11/13/2023 and equipment was picked up on 11/17/23…read more Unfortunately, I paid for my service in advance and did not worry about the payment since I was told that I would receive a pro-rate refund for the remainder of Nov and all of December. I phoned several times for my refund from Oct 2023 - Jan 2024 and each time I was told something different, that the previous representative made a mistake and my refund was escalated. Additionally, I was told that accounting was emailed and that my refund would be back on the card on file within 7-10 business days. In December, after speaking with several reps and still no refund, I asked to speak with a supervisor and the representative refused to let me or create a ticket for me to speak with a supervisor. I finally filed the dispute with my bank only to hear from my bank that AW claimed there was no cancellation on file, although I had the email confirmation with my cancellation and the pickup date. To date, I am still attempting to get my refund but feel this is a tactic they use to keep customers money. Had I known that this place is as dishonest as they are, I would have never used their service. DO NOT USE APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE! I did not receive the same quality of service from them that they received from me in making my payments on time and in advance.
