Horrible!!! Simply horrible!!!!…read more So not only does the place wreak like a constant bad sewer smell, but it looks and felt dirty. I should have taken that as a sign already but since i read a previous review that seemed promising enough for the alterations, i thought it couldnt hurt. Boy was i wrong! I gave the man who worked the tailor section 2 simple hem jobs to do for the length of my dresses. These dresses were one of a kind and i should have invested more moeny in a different place!! This man decided to cut the lining of the dress the appropriate length but then the top layer of the actual dress was at least 2 inches shorter!!! So you can see the lining and it looks awful. I should have tried it on before i paid him and left because i would have refused to pay him. It was only 25$ total for both dresses so i thought it was worth it. Now i know better! Terribly unprofessional setting for his business as well since the dressing room for fitting was this tiny closet that was part of his nook. He also did not seem to speak any english but i didnt think that would have been a problem. Biggest mistake ever coming here!!!

Their service seems pretty fast so that was also a plus for me. I've been busy so I haven't even gone to pick up my item. Based on the service I've already received, I think my item will be just fine. :) I took a tablecloth in to be dry cleaned and pressed. If for some reason it isn't, I'll update this review. Aside from dry cleaning, the place allows you to do your own laundry as well. Why the four stars? I felt that $20 is a bit pricey for dry cleaning and pressing a tablecloth. I realize it takes work to accomplish both but $10-15 seems more reasonable. That's fine. I had to have it done anyway and the place is close by. I don't see myself coming here too often. I have a coat that needs dry cleaning so maybe when the time comes in a few months, I'll bring it.

Well, at least I'll tell myself that so I don't feel so bad for paying so much.
