For the second time in a row my clothes were not ready. If your job depends on the pants you leave there be careful. Make sure you have extra pants at home in case these guys aren't ready. They also pressed pants that were supposed to be dry cleaned. Have to take them back because they were not cleaned! Employees there must be going thru a hard time. It's 108 degrees outside and their air conditioner was just blowing hot air. Sub prime work conditions must be causing all the errors but who knows. Will start to look for another dry cleaning business. read more

Do not come here!! We dropped off my boyfriends suit for a wedding and conveniently the machines stopped working. Instead of calling us right away thy waited the next day late afternoon to give us a call and all the message said was call us. No sense of urgency. When we spoke to the owner to see if he could help us out since we're out of town and they stated the dry cleaning would be done the day before, he was no help. He didn't feel any type of guilt for leaving him stranded with no suit to wear for the wedding the next day. Very unprofessional and I would never suggest coming here even if all the other dry cleaners are closed. Horrible customer service! read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHES THIS AWFUL BUSINESS! I took 3 dresses to be cleaned and when I went to pick them up on the day they were supposed to be ready only 1 dress was ready and the rest would be ready the next day. When I went to pick up the other two Rosemary told me they were "LOST" and I spoke to Gabby the manager but she said they never even saw them to be cleaned. So I'm sure their staff stole my property and they also said the owner would call me on Friday to sort out the issue and the owner (Lillian Fuentes) never called me. This business is shady and EXTREMELY unprofessional! Supreme Laundry is the best and most honest place to take your clothes. Not a shady Master Cleaners. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'll be stopping in every single day to ask for my propert until Rosemary, Cindy, Gabby or the owner Liliana give me my property back or refund me. read more

I would stay away from this dry cleaner! I took a courduroy blouse to be dry cleaned and paid the full amount for cleaning. The blouse had been dry cleaned on several occasions in the past at other dry cleaners and I never had an issue with fading in the fabric. When I went to pick up the blouse, it was a completely different color and it was obvious rather than being dry cleaned, it had been washed with bleach or some other solution that faded the color. Upon my immediate complaint that they had damaged the blouse, the owner, Lilliana, firmly denied that they did anything to it and then proceeded to blame the cotton fabric. I explained to her that the blouse had been dry cleaned before and the color never faded, so clearly the problem lies with the way they handled the drycleaning. I requested that she reimburse me for the blouse and she demanded that I leave the blouse with her for her to "research" it. I did so and then after a couple days repeadtedly called Lilliana to which she never answered the phone, returned my calls or contacted me regarding reimbursement. Finally, after five days I went to pick up the blouse and try to have it dyed back to its original color. I was told that she would leave me a check to pay for the damage but she never did. I am now stuck with a blouse that will never be the same. Furious that the owner will not accept responsibility and pay for damage that clearly she or her employees did. I am not asking for a lot, but just want to be compensated fairly for an article of clothing that I loved. For the owner to not return calls or answer them is extremely unproffessional and frustrating to the customer. Adding insult to injury by not making me whole is terribly frustrating. I am not asking for the retail price that I paid for the blouse- I would just like the owner to acknowledge the mistake they made and pay me for it. read more

Beware of Master Cleaners on Doniphan!!!! I turned in formal gown for dry cleaning and alteration and they burned it during steaming process. Owners and management are very unprofessional by not taking responsibility and returning calls. Not only was the dress not ready on time, but when I arrived to pick it up the, the receptionist, told me the beads had fallen off the dress during the steam process, effectively ruining the dress. They were negligent in how they steamed it, and they burned it! The receptionist told me that Master Cleaners was not at fault, that it was a defect in the dress. I was very upset, I asked to speak to a manager and she told me to call the number on the wall for complaints and talk to the owner, Liliana. I tried calling the number but her voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. I then took a picture of the dress and told them that I needed to speak to someone else in management. The receptionist then called the owners husband, Jose, and explained what had just happened. She gave me the phone so I could speak to him. He assured me that they would investigate, take care of the situation, and call me back the next day. I was so upset I could not sleep all night, just thinking they had ruined the dress and we had one day to go find another gown . The receptionist never told me that they would not guarantee cleaning the dress or that the beads could come of the dress! After not hearing back from cleaners as promised, I tried calling them again. The owner told me she was at the store investigating at the moment. She told me the beads came off when it was washed, which was not true because I had seen the dress after it was washed and it was perfect. The damage occurred when the dress was steamed. She then proceeded to tell me that that she was going to investigate further and to call her back Friday or Saturday. I have tried to call her numerous times and left messages to no avail. I need them to take responsibility for ruining the dress and reimburse me for what I paid for dress and the cleaning costs. The delays in returning the dress and lack of communication from Master Cleaner's owners have given me the impression they do not care about the customers or providing a quality service. The ownership is very unprofessional! Stay away from this place!!! read more
