I returned to pick up my items on a Saturday, prepared to wear them the next day for a funeral. Upon picking up my stuff the lady tells me they couldn't locate my pants, the skirt hadn't been altered yet, and the sweater wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday. Presumably, I was PISSED! They had me try on two different pair of AGSU pants hoping that they were mine- which let me know they have no real way of tracking your stuff. Long story short- they couldn't find my pants. I ended up waiting for over an hour for them to find my stuff- THEY NEVER DID. I asked for a refund of services and an new pair of AGSU pants because they lost mine and they told me I had to wait for the owner to come back in order for them to issue me a refund because no one else can do it. The owner wasn't due to return for another two days!! They have no CONCERN or CARE for their patrons. I request the give me a call the same day before they closed to give me an update on if they located my pants so that I could make other plans for the funeral if I couldn't wear my AGSU- you guessed it!- NO ONE CALLED to provide an update. Long story short it's the day of the funeral, I don't have a uniform to wear, I haven't received a refund or a new pair of pants, the owner has not called/reached out, and I'm scrambling hours before the funeral for a complete uniform. THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!

I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.
