first, they don't care nor accurately depict the color you want, it's as if they don't know how to…read moremix colors correctly, and therefore pull out some mixture of color that looks nothing similar. I had asked for a teal color, and i came out with a light blue. When showing the picture inspo the guy looked at it for like, a second. Third, my hairdresser kept leaving and sending other people to do my hair, as i see him sitting outside and playing games on his phone and vaping. additionally, it's horribly pricey, esp for the fact that, they got the color wrong, got hair dye on my clothes and proceeded to try and clean it using hairspray on it, and, kept talking about how my hair was too thick and they had thinned it down 3 separate times. and when the styling was happening, they ASKED if i wanted curls or straight, and i could just tell by their demeanor they didn't want to, and they proceeded to say that doing it straight is better for me because it's easier, even AFTER thinning my hair 3 separate times. I am writing this reviews months later as i discovered, that my hair has been messed up since i went to this salon. Before coming there whenever id wash my hair there would be no tangles, no knots, and it was EASY. after this appointment, month after mind you too, my hair has now become so hard to wash, as the slightest scrub of my head will cause a huge knot/tangle connecting all throughout my hair. I don't know what they did but, it's messed up my hair and still has my hair messed up months after. I paid in cash as to avoid tax, and immediately after leaving their restroom, after I thought i had paid everything i needed to, the worker bombarded me with asked for individual tip, even though i had just paid and was never told about this individual tip. I paid around 300/400 for the wrong color, stained clothes that still, months later, hasn't come out, permanently change of my hair texture or something, and my hairdresser constantly walking off to vape/play games or, throw me off to another hair dresser. Only pros i can say are, the free snacks were nice, the area looked nice, alittle messy but that's not much of a problem to me, and that's about it.
