Apparently the diagnosis wasn't sufficient enough so the Santee clinic had to clarify. Despite our constant follow up nothing was sent from the clinic to radys. We went in and got 1 ultrasound done. Only a day or two after we were approved for the second. We received our bill and we have to pay $750 for the ultrasound and now we have to go back for the 2nd and pay another $750 bill. If we just had gone there and done both scans in 1 visit we could have avoided this. Because of the Lack of follow up from the clinic we have to pay even more out of pocket and more time spent when it should have not happened. I hope scripps understands there are families that don't have the luxury to waste money

I waited on hold for 40 minutes, following several different menu options to try and get someone on the phone and never once was my call answered. Because I really needed the results to start a new job, I finally decided I would just show up in person. When I arrived, there was already someone inside and I had to wait for about 20 minutes, which is why I had wanted to call to make an appointment in the first place. I was annoyed enough already, but it only got worse. The facility did not appear to be clean. Upon walking in it was very cluttered with papers, boxes and other items, and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. This could have been from a previous tenant, but very off-putting none the less. The bathroom where I gave my sample was really gross. The sink was very rusted and it just had a very unsanitary appearance. Nothing like other professional places where I've had similar services before. The person who attended me was very creepy and made me uncomfortable. Not wearing gloves and refusing to wear a mask was bad enough, but I was SHOOK when the attendant used the same thermometer used to read my temperature TO READ THE TEMPERATURE OF MY URINE SAMPLE rather than simply using the temperature strip on the side of the sample collection cup. I can't be certain, but I'm willing to bet this would not be considered best practices. When the temperature of my first sample came back 101, the attendant discarded it and made me sit in this dingy office space for 40 minutes while drinking tap water from his gross rusty sink, so I could produce another. All the while, he proceeded to make inappropriate comments such as "I can either play dumb, or not dumb," "whatever you tell me I don't have to repeat to your employer," or my favorite, "you social workers are all the same..." It seems he was insinuating some misconduct on my part which I did not appreciate whatsoever, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE MY SECOND SAMPLE CAME BACK NEGATIVE FOR EVERYTHING I left the place with a very poor impression, but that was only half of my dissatisfaction with the services. I took the test on a Wednesday and I did not get results UNTIL FRIDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK! Granted, the day after my test was Thanksgiving, but that still allows at least 5 business days with no results. And just as before, they were unable to be reached by phone after being on hold for another 40 minutes. This is especially frustrating because I had a new job pending on these results. This poor quality service literally put my life on hold. If you're a company looking for a service to ensure a quick hiring process, or an individual looking for a clean facility to test in for personal reasons...LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I was in and out in about 15 minutes which was a smoking fast time. Previously, I've been sent to locations such as Sharp Rees-Stealy Clinic for a drug test and I had to wait for hours to be seen. Then the technician promptly cut a lot of hair off of me and gave me multiple bald spots! I could tell she wasn't sure of what to do because she asked me where to cut (didn't listen to where I suggested BTW) and then asked if she cut enough! Here I was in and out. Showed identification, filled some paperwork out, gave a urine sample and initial, signed and was on my way! It couldn't be easier. The technicians were also friendly and nice which is always a plus as well.

I have been going to LabCorp for years. The LabCorp at the Walgreens on 2nd street is the place to…read morego. The ladies here are compassionate and skilled. They have not hurt me to this day. Most places in the past that have drawn my blood have either had to stick me more than once or move the needle around. If you don't have someone who knows what they are doing, you'd rather not have your blood drawn. Give these ladies a chance; they are the best around. They have office experience and have minimal turnover.
