A nice guy who says what he'll do and do what he says. Install has some bumps due to existing conditions but were resolved and fix with little additional cost. He came out to measure and left the pool cover strewn in the yard. I told him what style pool liner I wanted and that was the last I have heard from him. Thiago is amazing to work with, very responsive, and has creative solutions for various problems. Every project comes with its own challenges and my kitchen renovation included removing a chimney and subsequently patching the roof, knocking down a load bearing wall, modifying a heater, duct work for our oven hood, cabinetry, plumbing, tile/backsplash, molding and paint. Thiago's crew did it all to perfection and were extremely professional and friendly to have in my home for the better part of 6 weeks. Any issue that popped up was fixed promptly. I would happily return to Advanced Renovation for future projects. Thank you for all the hard work!

No other way to put it; go with Advanced Renovation. Thiago and his team hit every aspect of what…read morewe were looking for; professional, hard working, respectful, communicative, great price, and most importantly, ended with a great finished product. We searched for a contractor for over a year, had at least 5 estimates, and Advanced Renovation gave us the best estimate while fully understanding the requirements of the project. Thiago and his team completed a 2 bathroom project; they added a bathroom and renovated another bathroom. I'm a guy who thinks he knows what he's talking about but actually doesn't, which I'm sure can be more challenging to deal with. Thiago was great about communicating next steps, taking all of our questions and providing suggestions. Our project included full demo of both spaces, adding plumbing/electrical, closing windows and residing the exterior, adding windows, reframing tub/shower area, tiling, etc. To top it off, they removed a 400+ lbs cast iron tub. We definitely would use Advanced Renovation for future projects and recommend them to anyone looking to have a project completed!
