They painstakingly removed harden dried old carpet padding (over 40 years old) in 1 room. They delicately touched up nail holes and staple marks, which brought out characters and charm. The natural stain color enhances the grains which I love, as if he is a mind reader, also went above and beyond with 3 finished coats because of my dogs.
