We couldn't have been happier. We contacted Nat and he gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. We quickly set up an appointment. He got to our house exactly on time and went right to work. He is very considerate of your home and surroundings. He put his booties on over his shoes. The solution that he uses does not smell. After he finished the first room he puts down his fans that quickly dry the carpet. My carpets were basically dry when he was finished. He also put plastic squares under the legs of the furniture so not to ruin the carpet. I was so impressed by him. I will highly recommend him. Next I'm having him clean my tile floors.

The final straw was when the cleaners rescheduled due to being sick, and on the agreed upon rescheduled date, abruptly left without notifying us because no one opened the door. We have phone messages showing they did not let us know they were at the entrance. We attempted to get in touch with them, were rudely told to speak to customer service. Upon calling customer service, the cleaner picked up, realized it was us, and quickly hung up. We called again later, and her partner picked up. He fed us lies about how they will reschedule, hung up and ghosted us. Finally, we received an email today ending all services, and that they will keep our money. They are not to be trusted, and their service has become horrible. I do not recommend them to anyone who values their home and their money.

I was very pleased with the service and the reason for choosing them again. The second time using this company was absolutely horrible. I will never use this company again. I'd like to begin by saying I initially chose this company because I like to support local businesses. I wanted to use this company other than a commercial Stanley Steemer, etc. When the van pulled into my driveway, the first thing out of the man's mouth was a complaint about how he didn't see the house number on my mailbox. He shouted to me, "The house next to yours is (#). You didn't even acknowledge that I drove by!" ...Well, hello to you too and I'm sorry you were totally oblivious to the big black numbers on my mailbox. I had two area rugs that needed cleaning. The men proceed to drag the hose through my kitchen without proper placement of corner protectors. There goes the paint off my baseboards.... One area rug had a table on it that needed to be moved. The two men failed to move the table and clean underneath the rug. How do I know this? Well, upon leaving my house the man explained that it takes approximately four hours for the carpet to dry (especially since it's wool). I ran my hand on the carpet under the table it was bone dry. I called and complained to a manager/supervisor and now he's explaining to me that the carpet dries in TEN MINUTES!!!! Well, happy birthday to me because apparently I was born yesterday. A wool 10x12 carpet drying in ten minutes!!! Imagine that. Last but not least a 20% redemption coupon was not honored. I called several days prior to setting up the appointment. I spoke to a woman who explained that if I spend $150 on services I will get 20% off services. So I reiterated back to her, "Since I'm getting two area rugs cleaned for a total cost of $150 (plus tax) the total cost after the 20% redemption code should be approximately $120, correct?" She answered, "Correct." Do not use this company. Complete rip off. Horrible experience. I will take my business elsewhere.
