Thankfully, I found Dr. Le. They got me in first thing Friday morning, and I walked out with a temporary crown that honestly looks as good as, if not better than, my previous permanent one. Dr. Le is incredibly skilled, and Ann Le at the front desk is amazing as well. The entire team is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you, Bunker Hill Dentistry. SCAM! I made an appointment for a regular cleaning and check up. With my insurance (WHICH THEY…read moreACCEPT), I should be charged $5 for the visit, $0 for cleaning (two free cleanings a year), and $40 per filling. Office manager told me it would be $35 for my visit (later finding out this is a PPE fee which patients DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR!), $125 for a "level 2 cleaning" (my teeth did not have ANY visible plaque), and $290 for "surface" level cavity fillings. Absolute scam. I asked her why I was being charged for a cleaning, I've never been charged for a cleaning before with my insurance to which she responded "Well things change." CONDESCENDING woman. I left before the cleaning because I knew something was off. They had already charged my card $160 for the PPE and cleaning and refunded me later that day. I requested emails of my two little x-rays they completed so I could have them for my new dentist. They told me there was a fee they would waive for x-ray release. How nice of them after all that!!!!!!

I came in thinking I was now going to need an implant. Thanks to Dr.Pham and his expertise, that was not the case. I will just need a replacement crown. Since it's going to take a couple of weeks for me to receive my final crown, they made me a temporary tooth and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Cecilia took her time fixing some details to make it look as natural as possible and to make it match with the rest of my teeth size and color wise. ( I really appreciate that since it is a FRONT TOOTH !! ) I can't wait to go back for my final crown. I will definitely make this my new dental office. P.S - The office is very clean and they also have TVs on the ceiling which I thought was pretty nice especially for long treatments.

My teeth feel awesome after they polish them. If i do have a cavity or crown, Dr. Khosla expertly and gently takes care of the issue. He has a cool anesthetic wand that hurts way less than those large needles! Dr. Khosla is a very friendly guy. You'll like him. His wife also works there but all of my dental work had been with Dr. Khosla so I'll let someone else review Dr. Patel (his wife). As far as decor of the office, it's not a brand new beautiful spa retreat, but hey, your bill will reflect that! That's what you'd rather have right? A cheaper bill?! Yup, me too! If you don't have insurance, their prices are manageable too. This dental practice is awesome. No nonsense. No extraneous charges. Just go there!

After we moved to Sienna, I tried taking them to a local pediatric dentist for convenience. That visit was a huge disappointment--they recommended multiple fillings and other procedures for my daughter that didn't seem right. I decided to drive the 30+ minutes back to this office, and I've never looked back. Dr. Harpavat is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She never recommends unnecessary treatment and always takes the time to explain her recommendations. As a parent, that gives me tremendous peace of mind. Even more impressive, my kids actually love going to the dentist! I certainly don't remember feeling that way as a child, and I think that says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment she has created. As a microbiologist and scientist myself, I value evidence-based, ethical healthcare providers. I trust Dr. Harpavat completely with my children's dental care. I also can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lankford, who has been my dentist. Years ago, I suffered an injury that fractured my front tooth and damaged several lower teeth. Eventually, the root of the crowned front tooth became infected and could not be saved. Dr. Lankford guided me through every step of the process, referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon for my implant, and later restored it with a beautiful, high-quality crown. Throughout the entire experience, he was compassionate, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. The final result looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier. His skill, honesty, and attention to detail are exceptional. Both Dr. Harpavat and Dr. Lankford are dentists I trust completely. I recently had a crown pop off and went to another dentist out of travel convenience and it was a nightmare that Dr. Lankford had to fix. The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in the Houston area.

Therefore, you will be paying a lot more out of pocket compared to an in network orthodontist. I saw a friend's child's teeth after orthodontic treatment was recently completed. The final results were not ideal and looked average. I think more time could have been spent by them to make the teeth more aligned and more aesthetic. It made me think they seem to rush the treatment. The worst part was the sales tactics. I did not appreciate the pushy and overly sweet sales tactics to get you to agree to orthodontic treatment immediately. I told them I needed to think about it. I got numerous phone calls and emails afterwards which were annoying. They acted like car salesmen.
