The hygienist did a great job! Mouth and tooth pain can be the worst kind of pain. I just had several cavities filled in one session and it was the best experience I've ever had. I always have a lot of jaw pain during dental procedures and Dr. McDonald was considerate and caring the entire time, which meant a lot. I also had some bonding done (which I am very pleased with) and plan on getting more cosmetic work here in the future. :)

Dr. Patel performed the first half of my deep cleaning, he did an excellent job with administering the anesthesia so I did not feel anything while the work was being performed. This guy made me feel very comfortable and had a positive attitude about everything. I had not been to the dentist in 7 years and I felt much better after meeting Dr. Patel and his team. I had the other half performed today by Mohammed and he kept me comfortable during the whole process. Both of these men have a great sense of humor and I was happy with my experience and the work done. They even took Xrays after to show me the difference so I do not have to worry as I am in the best care. My teeth and gums already feel much better. Shoutout to Fernando for getting me in the door, he is a nice coordinator who really cares about the patients. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Example: I had received a few opinions that I needed my teeth removed. I came to Dr Justin Lai and he assured me that I didn't need removal, that my problem was different from the other diagnoses given by others. Also if you don't have insurance they have payment options you can explore. Text reminders for your appointment an hour prior, a courtesy call the day or two before to re confirm the appointment, a text sent with a link to update and/or fill out forms prior to your appoitment. Temperature check in front by the door. Parking lot is shared by other businesses but typically there is enough parking for you to not worry. I forget if there is a ramp and where, just in case. The Square doesn't have a dedicated stop light, so you may miss it and have to u turn, there is a turning lane but it's not long. The staff is great and kind and diverse.
