He does not rush and he does not guess. He listens carefully assesses what is actually going on and then goes to work with precision. From the very first appointment Rich focused on my specific problem areas and addressed them with purpose. This was not a routine or relaxation style massage. It was targeted thoughtful and designed to produce real results. He worked through deep tight and overworked spots that had been limiting my movement and affecting my ability to function at full capacity. What stood out most was how knowledgeable Rich is about the body and how different areas connect. He explained what he was doing and why and adjusted his approach based on how my body responded. Over time the improvement was obvious. My mobility increased pain decreased and overall strength and balance returned. Because of Rich's consistent high quality work I was able to get back to full duty feeling stronger more stable and far more confident in my physical readiness. The results were not temporary and they were not subtle. They were real and lasting. Rich is professional skilled and genuinely invested in helping people recover and perform at their best. If you are dealing with sports related issues chronic tightness work related strain or just want someone who truly knows what they are doing I cannot recommend Rich enough. Vision for Enrichment is an outstanding facility and Rich is a major reason why.

Accuspa is a hidden gem in Pasadena owned and operated by power couple Alice and Kevin!…read more After having an L5-S1 discectomy, I was introduced to Accuspa through the 'Accusage' treatment. The 90 minute session includes acupuncture around my lower back, as well on hands and shoulders. While the needles are in, a deep tissue massage ensues, in my case focused on my full left leg and lower back. Kevin is crazy knowledgeable on pressure points, and conducts the deep tissue massage while some needles are still in place. Post surgery I went in for one session about every 2 to 3 weeks for a year and am convinced this commitment fast-tracked my recovery.
