Called to request gutter and window cleaning service and was able to get scheduled right away…read more They had also installed our bird spikes 5-6 years ago and I inquired if they did bird blocking mesh/wiring but the receptionist mentioned they are moving away from that providing that service. Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. Their prices, of course went up slightly, but understandably. They sent the pricing detailed with our appointment confirmation. The entire process of booking to service was super simple! Thank you!

After we installed a new elevator, the elevator company recommended Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning…read more The circular elevator walls were wrapped in blue protective tape which, upon removal, created static electricity that caused dust to stick to the panels between the elevator car and the exterior walls. Some areas were very high or had very narrow gaps between the elevator walls and the house walls. The job also required the elevator installer to be onsite to help move the elevator car for access. Because we were preparing to put the house on the market, we had the home cleaned and staged, and photos/videos were scheduled for specific dates, which we clearly communicated to the cleaning company. The service provider arrived, cleaned the majority of the shaft, and told us he would return and contact us after they figured out the best way to complete the remaining cleaning. A few days after the photos and videos were taken, we received a $270 charge for 3 hours of work. No one contacted us, there was no follow-up, and the job was never completed -- just a bill. Extremely disappointed. we had to hire someone else. If a job is outside your capabilities, it's better to be upfront about it rather than take on work you cannot complete. It would have been far better for them to tell us to find another provider, especially given the time-sensitive nature of preparing the house for listing.

They really took their time and it shows--my windows are the cleanest they've been since I moved in. On top of that, the price was one of the lowest quotes I received, but the quality of work was outstanding. It's rare to get both great value and such professional service. Highly recommend them if you're looking for sparkling windows and a company that's easy to work with. I'll definitely be using them again.

Incredible service by Eric! Thorough solar cleaning and windows. I originally reached out to Hawk…read moreWindow Cleaning just to have my solar panels cleaned, but Eric went far above and beyond. The main issue was a massive buildup of pigeon waste underneath the panels. Eric did a phenomenal job washing it all out, and he took the extra time to thoroughly assess the bird fencing around the array to make sure it was secure. He was extremely careful and professional throughout the process, showing a clear understanding of the delicate wiring underneath the panels. The solar panels look absolutely phenomenal now. While he was here, I asked if he could also wash my home windows. He was incredibly accommodating and added the job on the spot. He even took care of the glass window on my garage door without me even having to ask! All the windows are crystal clear again Eric's attention to detail, professionalism, and helpful attitude are rare to find. I highly recommend Hawk Window Cleaning for anyone in the Reno/Sparks area!

Gladys arrived first to walk around the house and provide an estimate; there are three options: 1) interior and exterior window cleaning + screens; 2) tracks cleaned and vacuum add-on; 3) exterior windows only, including screens. We chose 1 and 2. About 20 minutes after we approved the estimate, Jaime and Nathan showed up (usually owner Cesar is part of the crew, but he had a prior engagement). They began with the interior and took care to lay down towels to protect items near windows. After a few hours, our windows, screens, tracks, and bathroom mirrors (yep, they cleaned those too!) were spotless. Their pricing is a very good value. You can find less expensive window cleaners (and more expensive, for that matter), but you will be sacrificing quality. If you need your windows expertly cleaned, look no further.

I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.
