AAA failed to get in contact with him in a timely manner which meant I sat on the side of the highway for almost 3 hours and began to get cold. Travis arrived and was very concerned about me making sure I was in his truck with the heater on HIGH! I also had to use the bathroom really bad by this point. He got my truck loaded up and got me to the bathroom! He dropped me off and made sure I was good and went on his way. Overall, great service from Fudge Towing and Travis. Would use again. Thank you! Car broke down in Cuba, i called AAA at 5:00. They said Chris and sons was coming to get the car…read moreand that it would be about an hour. Then AAA called back and said it would be about 2 hours. I called AAA after it had been over 2 hours and hadn't heard anything from Chris and Son's. I was on hold for 10 minutes and AAA said they would call them and they would not pick up their phone. So now AAA is canceling them and getting me a new tow truck. So these guys suck. Now I would not recommend Chris and sons and I will not be using them again. Next time I call AAA and they say it's Chris and Sons coming to help, I am going to refuse them. Im in Cuba and they are located in Cuba. Why am I waiting this long with not a single update? Its pretty bad that I had to have a tow truck "strums" come out of Washington. I would highly recommend them. I gave one star because it wont let me put 0.
