Very Disappointed !! My 17 year old niece was in accident yesterday. She is young and was very…read moreupset. The police called this company to tow her auto. Her mother arrived as the car was being loaded to the truck. She was not allowed to get her items out of the car. They immediately called T&J Towing to let them know that she had $60 plus dollars in the car's console. She just earned the money at her waitressing job the night before. They went within hours to get the car and have it towed to another location. The money has already been stolen from the car. When asked about the stolen funds and addressing it with the driver the woman became belligerent. We told it would be reported to the BBB and police report would be filed. She rebuffed, "Go ahead, and I will file one on you." When asked what in the world for she replied, "Go ahead and you find out!" and hung up the phone. They stole from a seventeen year old girl out there working to earn her way and then threatened her mother if she dares to take proper steps to right the wrong. This is appalling !!! Do not fall victim to this company. Read their other recent reviews. They treat people horribly and are unethical.

They NEVER called and updated us on what was taking so long. Communication is very important. We called multiple times and they said that the driver was coming. What they should have done is called us back while we were stranded on the side of the road and stated that they were not going to be there in 15 minutes, or yet even 30 minutes and let us know an exact time. Very frustrating. Auto Plaza in Desoto contracts them out, but if you have any choice choose another local towing company that has a better response time and COMMUNICATES with the customer if they are going to be a lot later than they state.
