How are you going to turn down a job after telling someone to tow it there. Yes it needed vacuuming and looked like some shredded paper in the back seat. I understand the concern but it was not that bad. I'm just glad I didn't take my truck and other vehicle there. I had planned on having those repaired and tuned up. In the case of this shop, I had just purchased an F-250 that I knew needed a little work. I brought the truck in for some repairs and an EGR replacement. Pepe's team did a great job. It was an expensive repair but the truck has run like a top ever since. Here is what I really like about this shop though ... Up-selling a repair is part of the business model for every auto-repair shop. These guys are no exception. If they see something else on your car or truck that needs a little work ... they recommend the work. BUT They are respectful and very polite about the recommendations! They explain the problem and possible consequences but they'll also tell you if the repair will really have any real impact on the performance of your vehicle. I really like this approach - these guys wont tell you your engine is going to blow up if you dont have them clean the soot from your EGR ports. They give you options and help you make an informed decision. The other thing I like about this shop is a little more basic ... they send you text messages with pictures of the work in progress. In general - they communicate very well during the process and after - when it's time to schedule a maintenance visit . All in all, I cant think of a better auto-repair/customer-service experience ... so ... 5 STARS

They do not answer their business phone. Tried several times yesterday to no avail. Tried this morning (8:00 A.M. apprx.) and no answer. Minutes later the line was busy for about 30-45 minutes. Mitchell's helped us with a roadside assist after a piece of highway debris ruined one of our tires…read moreand the locking lug nut wouldn't unlock, so we couldn't even put on the spare. Friendly staff, got there fast and had our wheel off and spare put on in no time. Turns out a locking lug nut is no match for an experienced tire tech with an impact wrench! We drove to their shop where the owner immediately started calling around to find a new tire for us. Once we had the new tire, his guys had it mounted and installed in just a few minutes. Prices for all their services were super low. It was a perfect opportunity to "gouge" a stranded couple of out-of-towners, but luckily for us, they aren't like that at all. I used to think good service was dead and gone ever since Covid, but I can honestly say that outstanding and friendly service at a better than fair price is alive and well at Mitchell's!
