Eagle was aware that it should have arrived, and the shop owner took the initiative to call me to check on the status before closing shop. Thankfully Eagle has a key drop, so the tow arriving after hours was fine. They must have looked my car over immediately the next day, because diagnostics were done quickly and I got a call early that morning. They kept me in the loop about the repair, explained what they were doing and why, answered the phone consistently to answer follow up questions I had, and went even more into detail about the repair when I arrived and asked additional questions about the mechanics of it. Just like a doctor who answers your questions, a mechanic who does the same helps put you at ease. It wasn't cheap (& what transmission work is?), but it was incredibly fast and I had my car back and repaired the same day diagnostics were run. Plus, the parts & labor came with a 1-year/12,000 mile warranty.

Instead of properly fixing the problem, they actually replaced it with a lower-quality seat. We had to make two additional trips back to the location, and on the second visit, they refused to even look at the issue and simply turned us away. This is completely unacceptable customer service. We expected much better from Tesla, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, maybe this location should just close. They are damaging Tesla's reputation with this kind of service.

The tech takes the truck immediately to the back of the shop without doing a test drive. I wait an hour and a half with no updates or questions and they let me know that my truck is ready. I am thinking how great and seamless my experience was. I get in my truck and it's doing the exact same thing! Of course I am upset so I drive back and they refund my money. You see the point I am making. It sucks because they replaced my transmission almost a year ago without any problems and now have lost a customer who is leaving a negative review.
