John and his coworkers provided a full car wash. The car's quality was greatly improved after the wash and it was a great price too!

Sponges Mobile Car Wash & Detailing

Sponges Mobile Car Wash & Detailing

That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. Getting off my soapbox just to add that booking and paying for the service was easy and took a handful of minutes. Thank you, Richard!

The price however should be adjusted accordingly depending if the vehicle is too dirty or not. In my case the car is kept in the garage 90% of the time and has a full cover on it all the time and it never gets dirty so $95 for a clean car that essentially just needed a quick wash seems a bit overpriced. But I definitely recommend them as you won't regret the results! I would do business in the future!

This is the only car wash I've ever been to that actually will take time to pressure wash and scrub before the actual automatic car wash. I only did the $12 option and my car is nice for the drive ahead. Thanks ya'll

Let me start off my saying I HATE leaving negative reviews as I know how much it impacts a…read morebusiness. However, this is directed at Jim Phelps, the GM of Drew's Car Wash. The employees & office staff have been extremely helpful each & every time. Back in Aug. '25 I visited the Wellborn location w/ my 2025 Ford Raptor. Grant you this is a $95,000 truck. Evidently the attendant guided me in crooked, as the truck slowly went sideways. I tried not to freak out & do any abrupt maneuvers to cause damage to my truck. However, it shifted onto the tire shine sprayer & climbed it. I jerked left to avoid any damage. I made it out safely w/ no paint damage etc. I let the techs know what happened as they towel dried my truck. I went on vacation for a couple of weeks & left my truck at home. When I got back home, I noticed my truck had a hard pull to the left on it. I went to the office & the ladies took down my info. Jim called me back the next day, & said he wondered how his equipment got damaged & insisted that there is no way that my alignment could be off. He insisted I get it to Ford to have warrantied out etc & that these Raptors are able to handle severe off-road abuse. Come to find out my alignment was indeed off & I took the $130 receipt to the office & said yall don't have to give me a check, just give me 3 months free or whatever makes sense. Jim called me back the next day & was quite rude, still blaming me & refusing to pay anything. What should I done Jim? Locked up my brakes to break your machine / tracks ? Honk my horn super loudly to get everyone's attn ?? I did the quickest reaction I could think of by holding my steering wheel to the left to not get any more damage. I understand no one is perfect & everyone makes mistakes ( even I do on the daily). However take some ownership in your employees etc Jim. I wasn't trying to seek thousands of damages, just a simple reimbursement of my front end alignment. However your attitude & customer service made me finally write this review & educate the public.

Who knew a gas station could offer such a wide assortment of food, merchandise, and home goods? We tried some of the fresh jerky from the counter, some brisket sandwiches (get the XXL one), a banana pudding, pralines, and candied pickle chips. The candied pickle chips were insanely good with the brisket sandwich. We need those in Canada. I have never seen them before and am obsessed. There are so many flavours of jerky. I recommend them all quite frankly. The pralines were good. The banana pudding was more vanilla than banana but it wasn't bad. I just love Buc-ee's and will actively go out of my way to visit in the future.

I know people always recommend getting the sandwiches, but they only reason they're tolerable is because of the sheer volume of sauce they put on them to mask the flavor of the brisket. Yesterday, I bought some sliced brisket so I could have a carb-free snack on the road. I had no idea how bad the brisket really is. There is smoke flavor, but no bark or smoke ring, so that means they add smoke flavor to it. The fat is not rendered into the meat; it's just nasty globs of fat. I was able to get a couple of bites down, but had to toss the rest because it was making me feel nauseated. If you're a tourist, please don't eat the barbecue here. If nothing else, there's a Rudy's nearby which is far superior to Buc-ee's, though still mediocre by Texas standards.
