Once he noticed the mistake, he contacted him and politely asked for the money to be returned, but he refused. He constantly ignores phone calls or pretends he cannot hear him. these people steal all my family's property, 5th wheel worth 15000 plus 15000+worth of personal…read moreproperty inside, we lived in the same residence place as the lead manager sam piper (who is also a driver for caliber) and his family member (possibly daughter) Tiffany and Sam's grand kids there kids were slitting our waste lines to are RV and trashing our yard and abusing our animals by throwing rocks at them while we would let them out to use the restroom this had been occurring for sometime before we realized it happening and we made several complaints with the office manager who DID NOT want to help my family with this matter all they would say is if you don't like it get in your RV and leave, we tried making con with the tow truck driver Sam piper and his family member Tiffany about this issue but they declined to have anything to do with us and continued to allow their kids to harass my family and animals, one day we were outside lett our animals use the restroom and their kids came up harassing us once again and wouldn't leave so we mentioned we were going to call the PD to handle the matter but we honestly did not want to have to resort to that. We honestly wanted to resort to one parent to another and one human to another since we're adults and we felt like we should be able to other, and then soon after that, Cps showed up at my door we were thrown in jail. Our civil rights were violated federal and state laws were protect us from the illegal conduct that was conducted by the police officials the tow truck drivers the RV park manager of the residence where we reside at, and they kidnapped. Our kid illegally taking her from our care, placing her into foster care where she still at. All of our stuff was paid up for the month. We didn't owe no electric no water no rent park manager had our stuff illegally towed off on the 24th nine days after we were arrested claiming that we caused a disturbance and guess who told stuff off Sam Piper the lead of his grandkids when I got out I let him know that I was going to be getting $2200 to get her to get my RV back since he said my car had been picked up by the finance company. There is nothing they could do about my car, but not to mention they stole everything out of my car down to my daughter's car seat, the finance company of my car took pictures before they took it off their toe lot and there is nothing in my car. We had over 1000 that 2000 worth of personal property. Then Sam gave me his personal he said that he didn't want me to business about this matter on the business number that I needed to contact his personal cell phone number he gave me the wrong number and I have been trying to contact him for three days about picking up my RV and I wasn't getting a response so I finally called back the business number to figure out what was going on and why Sam wasn't responding only to find out that I had the wrong number then he claimed it was too late for the RV that it had been sold and I couldn't get my RV back when he knew that I was trying to recover it from their yard, but still went ahead and sold it right underneath us we were get all the paperwork and all the documents we had it all to provide plus the money to get it. I asked him where the RV was. He declined to let me know where it's at, kept me from being able to go to my RV to get my personal property, but he himself RV twice to get me personal property that he claimed that he could only get things not everything declined to let me even get my personal property from it said it was sold with the RV I would not trust this company. They are not good they lie they steal from their clients they give wrong numbers out to be able to do the business that you need to to retrieve your items. They are not good I've been asking the owner Kathy's number to get in touch with her and they refuse to give it to me. They refuse to give me the location where my RV was they kept diverting me spinning, my wheels costing time, etc..
