We honestly wanted to resort to one parent to another and one human to another since we're adults and we felt like we should be able to other, and then soon after that, Cps showed up at my door we were thrown in jail. Our civil rights were violated federal and state laws were protect us from the illegal conduct that was conducted by the police officials the tow truck drivers the RV park manager of the residence where we reside at, and they kidnapped. Our kid illegally taking her from our care, placing her into foster care where she still at. All of our stuff was paid up for the month. We didn't owe no electric no water no rent park manager had our stuff illegally towed off on the 24th nine days after we were arrested claiming that we caused a disturbance and guess who told stuff off Sam Piper the lead of his grandkids when I got out I let him know that I was going to be getting $2200 to get her to get my RV back since he said my car had been picked up by the finance company. There is nothing they could do about my car, but not to mention they stole everything out of my car down to my daughter's car seat, the finance company of my car took pictures before they took it off their toe lot and there is nothing in my car. We had over 1000 that 2000 worth of personal property. Then Sam gave me his personal he said that he didn't want me to business about this matter on the business number that I needed to contact his personal cell phone number he gave me the wrong number and I have been trying to contact him for three days about picking up my RV and I wasn't getting a response so I finally called back the business number to figure out what was going on and why Sam wasn't responding only to find out that I had the wrong number then he claimed it was too late for the RV that it had been sold and I couldn't get my RV back when he knew that I was trying to recover it from their yard, but still went ahead and sold it right underneath us we were get all the paperwork and all the documents we had it all to provide plus the money to get it. I asked him where the RV was. He declined to let me know where it's at, kept me from being able to go to my RV to get my personal property, but he himself RV twice to get me personal property that he claimed that he could only get things not everything declined to let me even get my personal property from it said it was sold with the RV I would not trust this company. They are not good they lie they steal from their clients they give wrong numbers out to be able to do the business that you need to to retrieve your items. They are not good I've been asking the owner Kathy's number to get in touch with her and they refuse to give it to me. They refuse to give me the location where my RV was they kept diverting me spinning, my wheels costing time, etc..

After a lot bruises, scraped knuckles, some blood, sweat and tears I gave up. I started looking for a mobile mechanic. I was worried about having to wait a week for someone to come out here. That's what happened with the last guy I called to help me in a similar situation. After not showing up, then rescheduling twice he finally got to my house. His own tools actually broke while he was using them and ended up borrowing some of mine. I wasn't looking forward to another experience like that one. And being female, I'm a little leery of letting someone else work on my vehicle. I've had some not so pleasant experiences with men who thought I was clueless. I got tired of the bs stories. I started do my own maintenance and repairs. I haven't paid anyone to do anything to any of my vehicles since 1996. I called a few mobile mechanics on the list before I got to Ryan's name. He's the only one who actually answered the phone. He told me he could be here in 40 minutes. I was ecstatic! He showed up when he said he would be here. He is very friendly, has the tools needed to do the job and gets it done right away. I'm especially happy to report that Ryan didn't try to tell me stories about problems I know I don't have! Six hours after talking to Ryan, I still hadn't heard back from anyone I reached out to before him. I was about to post this review when I got an impersonal text message from one of the other mechanics I reached out to. "I can come tomorrow if you haven't gotten it already." That's it. No name, no "Thank you for contacting me", "I'm sorry I missed your call"... I'm keeping Ryan's name and number in case I need help again. Thank you Ryan!

Beware working with Ryan. He diagnosed a starter replacement on my minivan, and recommended an oil…read morechange. Said he could get the starter the next day. Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
