Right from the start, Frank stood out. He responded quickly, took the time to answer all my questions, and actually gave thoughtful, straightforward answers. That matters to me. I'd much rather deal with someone who communicates clearly than someone who leaves you wondering when--or if--they're going to get back to you.
We set up a time for him to come out, and he was there when he said he would be. Punctuality might seem like a small thing, but I really appreciate people who respect your time. There was no waiting around or wondering where he was.
Frank ended up doing some electrical work for me, and I couldn't have been happier with how he handled it. He was professional, friendly, tidy, and--probably most importantly--he listened. I had some specific ideas about how I wanted things done, and rather than trying to talk me into doing it his way, he was accommodating and worked with me to get it done the way I wanted.
That kind of service is becoming harder to find.
In this economy, I think most of us are looking for two things when we hire someone: good value and someone we can trust. You never really know what kind of workmanship you're going to get until the job is finished. With Frank, I felt like I was dealing with someone who takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing the job right.
