Then confirming and further communications via text messaging was also very smooth. I had no human contact or interchange, until my technician arrived. Typically this would have bothered me, but it worked and everything was done well. My technician called before his arrival to alert me that he was on his way. When I scheduled my appointment, it was for the window of 12 PM - 3 PM. Shawn L was arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and was done and gone by 1:30 PM. When he arrived, I walked him through the rooms I needed done and pointed out the problem areas. I needed their "pet treatment". I tried to do a dog rescue and it did not work out, so I had areas that needed some extra care. I was totally impressed when he was finished cleaning the problem areas. There was stains left and the odor had vanished. Even a couple days later, the odor was still absent. The living room which had no problem areas, looked as good as the day it was originally laid. It was nice to see that they had and used protective coverings for the corners in my home. Zerorez really cares about your home and do their best to protect it. Shawn L., was super professional and polite. His politeness reminded me of the boys on, Leave It To Beaver. It was a politeness that you just don't see anymore and it was pleasing to see. The technicians are very knowledgeable, so helpful and super friendly! They were both on time and were very efficient. Right now they clean the two bedrooms upstairs, and two flights of stairs. The technicians wore uniforms and the company logo was clearly visible. We're gonna continue our service with them and may have them clean the grout in the tile floors. It seems that there's always some kind of deal or promotion going on for most budgets.

The team was able to help us create a plan to identify the source of the water and get it dry quickly. Unfortunately we had to pull up our flooring and do some demolition to our walls to access all the water but they did that in less than a few hours . I was grateful they disposed of all the damage materials. It took a lot of equipment to get us back to dry but the noise was not too bad with our doors closed. I am thankful to be dry, sanitized, and mold free. The 3 gentlemen were able to explain every step of the process and keep us informed on what it takes to stop water damage in our Ellisville home. The quick response and quality of the job was all for a great value! I thought the water damage was going to cost me an arm and entire leg, but this team is the real deal. Would call and not show up for a week. finally got all the wet carpet, padding and drywall. They started in 2nd week of March and finished in later April. They would ask if they could leave some equipment behind, so they did not have to drag it around, and then charge me for it being stored at my house. Also, they never quoted a price until they found out how much insurance was covering. When they found that out they got a contract out to us at the end of the work instead of upfront. I feel that they took advantage of a situation and inflated their prices knowing how much insurance would cover. I would never recommend or even come close to using this company ever again.
