I am a 70 year old man who drove into the storage facility looking for a phone number to get a…read morequote for storage. I could not find one, so I drove out. The owner followed me in his truck, skidded to a stop and proceeded to threaten me. The next day, I drove by as I do multiple times a day, and thought I might stop and explain things and still get a quote. The owner ran at my car this time, screaming hysterically that he was calling the cops. This disturbing, assaultive and frankly inexplicable behavior was deeply disturbing; especially inasmuch as they are open to the public. I do not have a photo, but imagine a face contorted with rage, screaming obscenities at a 70 year old man looking for a quote on a storage unit, and you won't be far off.

I was looking to purchase a container, and possibly needed 2 or 3. I spoke to Becky and Lori, told…read morethem exactly what I was looking for, and price range. I showed them other quotes I got and they gave me a very comparable price. They offered the different ways to pay, told me up front the CC percentage the processing company charges which they simply pass along, or if I wanted to avoid that, the other methods I could pay. The entire process was hassle free and very, very easy to work with. They were even able to have the containers loaded onto a truck while I was finishing paperwork, when I was leaving, the delivery driver was about to pull out and deliver them. The driver that delivered them, I believe was Jorge or Jesus (I forgot now) was absolutely the best. Very easy to work with, had no issues putting the boxes exactly where I wanted them using 45-50ft trailer. Placed with precision and didn't come close to rubbing the tires on any curbs. If you're looking for a container, go see these people, hands down the best.
