I had a horrible experience. Please be very careful if you use them. I had 2 storage unit and got them broken into 3 or 4 times. I was never notified about the break in. When I went down to change items out I found out that way as a different lock was placed on my unit. I lost family arlooms plus my identity was stolen. Be very very careful as they will lie about things. When questioned about the break ins the owner had taped over the dates when I spoke with the police. We have rented a space here for years and recently cancelled our space. Why you ask? Twice in the last few months our boat has been broken into and the gas siphoned out. We reported it and the management did nothing, said it was not their responsibility. The Storage Units are basically a huge warehouse with no walls and just individual garage doors that open. Once you are inside there are no walls to separate your stuff from everyone's stuff. The first few years there were no problems, but then we started noticing our boat cover lifted on the corner and nothing gone. Then the whole cover off and all the gas gone. When they refused to do anything we cancelled our space and moved our boat out. Do not use this place, they do not care about you, your safety or the safety of your stuff. read more

The other reviewer must have been outside. I have an inside unit and it is great. Right now I have 3 different units at 3 different storage places in Shell Knob and this one is the best value of all 3 (by quite a bit). I have a 27 ft unit with a loft. Its great. read more
