No one said a word that you have to pay for the electric. I spent two days on the phone trying to make the switch. One of the doors for the pull through did not even work. I never even had anything in the units while this debacle was happing. I've asked for a refund and they wont even respond. I do not recommend this company. Very disappointed. Update. 11.28.2023 The owner called me personally to discuss what had happed. I explained to her that there was a lack of communication between myself and the company that she's using to book the units. I was very impressed that she took the time to reach out. They have refunded all my money and wanted to let me know that if i needed anything in the future to call her direct. That my friends is how you run a business! Lesson I've learned from this, take a breath and calm down before you write a negative review. It is a brand new facility and they are working the bugs out. With that said. Beautiful property. Very clean and modern. Love the app you use to lock and inlock your unit. All wireless. Highly recommend.
