Terrible experience with Hannah. I met with her to go over expectations and hired her to do a deep…read moreclean. The first guest after her cleaning complained about cleanliness. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a mistake or an overcritical guest. I again talked about our expectations with her. Once that guest checked out, in the Turno app that we use, she marked the job as started at 8am in the morning and finished at 8am-this is before guests even check out. She did this to initiate payment. I noticed that she did not actually start the cleaning until late in the evening. I let her know that she needed to have cleanings completed by 4pm to allow for same day turns and not to prematurely mark the job complete in Turno. She said she understood. The next guest contacted me immediately to share pics of a fridge full of mess and and unloaded dishwasher. After that guest checked out, I asked her if the cleaning had been completed earlier that day (it was later in the evening again). She lied and said it had, but my security camera and door logs showed no one entering. When I brought that up, she said she would go clean later that night. I told her we were done. The guest with the messy fridge also messaged me to let me know about many other cleanliness issues. It appears that Hannah didn't do a deep clean or even a regular, typical clean. I have uploaded screenshots of the guests' feedback along with a screenshot of how she marked the job started and cleaned at 8:21am.

Don't rent a space here !! - I made a reservation on Sunday online, there reservation email and…read morewebsite clearly state they will hold the reservation for 5 days. I called them Monday and asked if I could see it, they said just come by, I work and came by at lunch Tuesday (less than 2 days into my 5 day reservation) only to be told they rented it the day before. Did they call to ask if I still want it? No, so their "5 day reservation" is fraudulent advertising that everyone in the Hollister area needs to aware of when considering renting a storage unit. Don't rent from Jerry's they are dishonest.
