Did they call to ask if I still want it? No, so their "5 day reservation" is fraudulent advertising that everyone in the Hollister area needs to aware of when considering renting a storage unit. I never even had anything in the units while this debacle was happing. I've asked for a refund and they wont even respond. I do not recommend this company. Very disappointed. I explained to her that there was a lack of communication between myself and the company that she's using to book the units. I was very impressed that she took the time to reach out. They have refunded all my money and wanted to let me know that if i needed anything in the future to call her direct. That my friends is how you run a business! Lesson I've learned from this, take a breath and calm down before you write a negative review. It is a brand new facility and they are working the bugs out. With that said. Beautiful property. Had a few nice interactions but the majority were uncomfortable in the sense that they made you feel unwelcome. Prices were fine. Said feet wouldn't show in images but they did so there were adult toes and tennis shoes that don't match the era which ruined the photos but it was too late to fix the photos because everyone was undressed. Also, we had a large group but they didn't say that we were too big however those that were on the outside when we printed photos part of their bodies were cut off- she blamed it on us saying the kids were moving out of the frame even though one was an adult and the photographer should've noticed it and moved them in. Anything wrong was our fault-
