    Wouldn't use MaxForce Delivery Service for anything but their cleaning service! if you do, you invite heartache, frustration and dissatisfaction, all multiplied by disappointment. Hired to move household goods from Arkansas to Texas, July 23-24, including a Tacoma truck. Movers arrived in a rented U Haul bob truck with two-wheel car hauler. The car hauler was for a standard transmission. My truck is an automatic. Needless to say, the movers couldn't take my truck. Had to drive to San Antonio then fly back to Fort Smith, spend the night then drive the truck back to San Antonio. The "professional" movers broke a china hutch, the metal legs on our television, crushed numerous boxes, breaking glass, and left deep gouges and scratches in third-generation furniture. Totally sickening. Immediately brought this to the attention of the owners and was told to send pictures of the damage. Sent a dozen photos. But the kicker was that I was charged $400 for the car haul that was only $600 to complete the move. August 16, after a call to the company and three emails, the owner, Mr. Balsamel called to say this was all new to him! Was told that it was the fault of U Haul that they got the wrong car hauler. He went on to tell me that MaxForce still needed to be paid for the car hauler and he thought he was doing me a favor by "splitting" the cost! August 20, haven't heard a word back from MaxForce Delivery Service of Springdale, Arkansas or Mr. Balsamel concerning my damaged furniture or a $400 fee for a service that didn't happen. To date, have not been sent any paperwork that was completed digitally or a copy of the contract. Only the email invoice showing charges that were paid before all of the household goods were even unloaded, then paid on the spot. Including the car hauler charge. I am left with now going to small claims court in Arkansas to address my grievance. But until I have the paperwork in hand, Mr. Balsamel and MaxForce Delivery Service has the upper hand and they aren't taking my calls or answering my emails. Personally, I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to use MaxForce Delivery Service of Springdale, Arkansas or believe a word that comes from the mouth of owner Mr. Salvatore Balsamel. update. 2:56 p.m., August 20,2021. Mr Balsamel sent an email. my grievances are being addressed.

    They damaged several pieces of furniture and won't return calls when I try to talk to them about it. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Not true .... furniture store compares to used car shady dealers...wouldn't buy anything again from them .
