The team a JB's Precision moving did a wonderful job for me during my recent move to Bentonville. Justin, Bre, Kenny and Walter were all wonderful. They were very careful with all my furniture, wrapping EVERYTHING before carrying it to their truck. They moved my sleep number bed - which I was nervous about - and assembled it perfectly so that it works great at the new place. The cost was also very reasonable. The four person team worked from 9:30 till around 4 (two trips from house to house was needed). I would recommend this group to anyone who need help moving. read more

The absolute worst moving company. We wrote for a quote, received a one line answer. We never received a contract, they arrived 1 hour late on the day of the move. The owner was a no show, but his crew were very polite and friendly. They dropped a box off the hand truck while loading it into the truck. Many items were broken inside. Refused to do anything, of course that is why they do not provide a contract at the time of move or even prior. Will never recommend them!!!! read more

Apparently, I wasn't going fast enough on the freeway for the owner of JBs Precision Moving. He decided to get out of the car at two separate lights to threaten me at my drivers side window and threaten to "pull me through my window and beat the sh!t" out of me. The movers arrived an hour late, smelled of weed, packed our things into their trunk, then UNPACKED our things into the driveway and left without a word to us as to why. They were VERY unprofessional and left us VERY dissatisfied. read more

Hired to load my truck, they canceled first appointment, then showed up 2 hours late for 2nd appointment. Rushed loading because they had to be somewhere at 4:30, broke glass items and didn't bother telling g us, we found out by walking to my front porch and drive way covered in glass when asked they said they don't know. Then the loaded up 5 tv's and broke all of them. As they had wall mounts and they stacked all the TVs in each other. Breaking ever screen. All furniture was loaded without care. According to them they would wrap everything, but they didn't wrap any of our stuff. They also refuse to give me there insurance information. read more

I was moving my things out of a storage unit into a brand new house. The movers were very quick, yet extremely careful of keeping the new house clean and not damaging anything. I was charged exactly what I was quoted which was appreciated as well. read more

Was contacted twice the day of the move to be informed that times had to be pushed...it was a bit inconvenient. They did offer a discount of a second truck which was honored. The rub came at the end of the move. I was quoted $140/Hr for 3 guys, at the end of the job they told me that it was 150/hr and the time gets rounded up. So...for 2.5 hours (2 hrs 36minutes) of work was charged for three at the higher rate. They told me it was "industry standard"...which is a lie. I suspect they pocket the balance as a tip to themselves. Its a shame because they worked well and I would have tipped more than they made on the lie. It's an unethical way to do business and I cannot recommend. Find somebody else. read more

Justin was awesome to work with and his crew was great as well. They had me out of my house and set up in my new place in 2 hours. Nothing was scratched, everything was taken care of, and they made moving stressless. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend Justin to anyone that is moving. read more

Value I would never use this company, they have stolen several items. They broke my cord to my couch, promised to replace it but never did. Holes in my leather couch! I never leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience moving I have ever had. Hopefully this helps someone else read more

They arrived late. At least one of them was getting high all day. Two of the three were constantly standing around chatting and looking at their phones. All that wrapping you see in the ads? Don't believe it...NOTHING in our move got wrapped resulting in our very expensive regrigerator getting damaged (One of the movers actually asked if we were sure it wasn't already like that?? WTF?) There are pictures on a realtor's website that shows the fridge was in flawless condition prior to this move. Our expensive dryer was dented. Our coat rack was broken. A stand up lamp was broken, and it wasn't one of those $30 lamps from Wal-Mart. My daughters dollhouse was broken. The first load was full. The second was 1/2 full, for whatever reason, and then they had to nerve to ask "Do we need to go back and get the rest of the stuff?" What the hell do you think we hired you for? My wife and I were making trips of smaller things in our trucks and when we returned they were gone and decided to leave the garage door wide open with our stuff inside. Apparently there was a broken mirror on their truck, so they unloaded it onto our porch, said they were going to pick it up and left it there. We paid almost $1400 for this crap? None of this was addressed when it was time to pay them. They acted like nothing happened. My wife was texting the owner and he went ghost after my wife told him we were NOT satisfied. He won't respond to messages on FB. I've also tried texting the owner, he hasn't responded to me. I don't advocate the firing of employees that mess up. Everyone messes up. While the 3 gentlemen that showed up might be good people outside of this, their work is not a reflection of this. IMO, this is a result of the owners lackadaisicle attitude and poor management. It's clear he only cares about the money and, once the job is finished and he's paid, you're nothing to him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN. I have no idea how they have a 4.8 rating. There is nothing "Precision" about this company. The things you've worked hard to buy WILL end up broken or damaged. read more

We hired this moving service and they were extremely unprofessional. They didn't read the clear labels on boxes with arrows on all sides, labels saying fragile, glass, antique. All of our belongings must have fallen all over the truck because they had everything flipped over every which way, completely disregarding the clear labels in large letters. I meant to put my new sewing machine in my car but forgot to grab it. It was not packed in a way that I felt comfortable putting it in a stack. However, It was labeled and had arrows on every side indicating which side up. They brought it in the new apartment in the dolly stacked on it's side and underneath other boxes!!! I couldn't believe it and it stresses me out still because I haven't had time to check that it operates properly and I just paid over $400 for it. Then there's the missing 8qt. Pot that I used constantly but I absolutely believe they stole. Weird. My favorite pot, gone. I'm sickened by how disrespectful they were to our belongings. We bought them pizza and gave them sodas. All we got in return was an outrageous price, total disrespect, missing Revere pot, broken glass, possible other damage that I haven't had time to assess, and we had to move all our lamps sims tvs ourselves because they refused. They said there wasn't room in the truck. But there was definitely plenty of room for our belongings to fall everywhere. Our things literally fell out and were strewn about the truck. I can not convey how upset I am with this company. I'm not one to complain about just anything. But this complete disrespect by a supposed professional and licensed moving company... this is unacceptable and I can not understand how they remain in business. read more

Everything is fine with Justin Brown, until he makes a mistake. If you make the mistake of paying him too quickly, say goodbye to your money (he went straight to the bank and cashed the check), and don't expect him to do the right/professional thing later. This was the third time he'd moved for me, and he left four large bins in Memphis.(I'd reminded him not to forget that closet.) I didn't notice until later, and then texted him. (If they'd delivered on time...but he postponed time and time again.) No response until the next morning. His idea was to get a friend to do it on Saturday. Saturday noon comes and still no plan fixed from Justin, and no offer of any compensation for this mess. (Every day my things were still in the flat, more $.) I had to drive to Memphis and get the things myself. Still, nothing other than sorry, and then no response to my messages. Find someone who behaves like an adult professional, not a teenager who can't take responsibility for his errors. *After I left a one-star review on his FB page, he said he was fine with that because it wasn't really his fault because I wasn't there in the flat, and the living room closet was "hidden." No Stars!!!! If I could give minus 100, I would! Who am I? I am a widowed (Viet Nam vet), and Sunday School teacher. I am bound to tell the truth! Mr. Brown said it would take 1 day to move me, and yet he never came and looked at my house. On the 1st day, his crew left at 11pm, saying they'd taken another "little" job, and would come back to mine, after they finished it! Mine was scheduled first, and I insisted they finish it first. They showed up at 6 pm the next day! At the end of that day, they had about a fifth of my property yet to move, and they declared they were not coming back! They were told I'd be liable if I wasn't out by midnight the 2nd day! I had to pay another company to finish moving me! My SS $3000 refrigerator had the wiring harness damaged as they brought it in through the front door. They refused to put it together! Turns out they lost a door hinge, so the doors couldn't be installed. They put dings in both my SS refrigerator and my SS dryer! They scooted my electric bed mattresses in on the dirty floors of the trucks, with nothing to protect them. Too many more abuses to write, but the final insult was when my granddaughters saw them lay down on my bed, sweaty, and without a shirt, and play with the remotes raising them up and down, leaving one of them in an elevated feet position! I called the owner several times during this ordeal, but only reached him through others calling on numbers he couldn't recognize. He promised to make things right, but didn't!
