As a result, my other Eletrician told me that Gerson's team did not do the wiring right! Professionally, instead of adding a designated wire directly from the Electrical panel box for those recessed lights, Gerson's guys wired the recessed lights to the near by microwave's power outlet, which is the reason that cause the flickering and flashing of my kitchen recessed lights. In the very beginning of the project, I told Gerson that electricity upgrade is very important to me, and he would always reassure me to make me feel he was taking my words into consideration; but toward to the end of the projects, as I see the power outlets and switches are not properly leveled/aligned; flickering of recessed lights due to bad wiring; and shower pan's walk-in metal bar is blocking water from draining properly. I contacted Gerson many times via text, he became less responsive and kept giving me the empty promises for coming to fix up the problems.

Bathroom remodel - vanity sink leak and plumbing under sink leaks. This was within 15 days after tenant moved in. My plumber had to fix this. 4. Left trash in rear yard from garage refurbish and driveway paying even though he promised to remove it promptly. After removing the trash, the yard was covered with nails, cement debris. This took him 3 months. It delayed me renting the property. 5. Peeling paint within a few days after painting. This has not been fixed. Just beware.

Rembert was onsite daily to supervise and perform the work. They were hardworking, knowledgeable, accommodating, and had the capability to respond to unforeseen issues (stump removals). Social distancing was followed and masks were worn consistently due to Covid19 issues. The fence was completed on time and the appearance of the fence/wall exceeded our expectations! In addition to building the fence, Rembert brought to our attention that the power pole above the fence was broken. It allowed us to contact DWP to perform a scheduled repair, instead of allowing it to fail and cause an extended emergency unscheduled power outage (at a minimum) for me and my neighbors.
