I would not recommend this company. My elderly mom had a plumber come out a couple of weeks ago…read more Something fell off her shelf into the toilet which caused a clog. The plumber was there for a little over three hours. Included in that time was going to Lowe's and putting in a new toilet. Her bill came to over $2000. I called the office and asked for a receipt five times. Nothing was sent to us which I thought was suspicious. Finally I have one. I also asked for a receipt for the toilet which we never received. I was told it was $800.00. I looked it up on the Lowe's site, not even close. The receipt repeats a lot of the same things and lists it as separate charges. The pricing is extremely excessive. Any senior citizens should especially steer clear.

Because the repair was more complex than expected, he scheduled a return visit for the next morning. Fair and transparent pricing. I would definitely use Holmes Plumbing again! It was also great to learn and see Charlie investing time into training the next generation of tradespeople!

We are very fortunate to have come across Tim locally and couldn't be happier with his services and professionalism. If he sent people over, they were kind and professional and did a great job. On our most recent problem to resolve, we had some outdoor water connections to shut off for the winter. Tim replaced them with updated shutoff valves. While here, Tim discovered that we had a leak in our water heater, that he could fix quickly and at a lower cost than if we waited (ultimately fixing something preventatively is much better than waiting for it to break). At the end of the day - Tim has earned our trust over many projects over many years. Best suggestion for a homeowner out there, is to call Condon Plumbing and have him review your system before you need him to come fix a problem. He'll keep your place updated and maintained, without breaking the bank! I live in Pembroke and Plymouth before that. He's the best in the area!
