I received a mailing from CBA and didn't know if they were a good place but they had it where you can schedule online so I gave it a shot. I made my appointment for 7AM because it's really the only time I can get my car done during to work. I arrive and was waiting until 7AM to go in but noticed another gentleman walked in so I went it about 6:55AM. I immediately asked how long it would take. Initially the rep wanted me to drop it off and offered shuttle service but I really only had about an hour. He said let me check. He came back and said what if we can get you out of here at 8AM I said deal. My car was done at 7:55AM. They even brought me out hot coffee on the most well designed tray with a cookie and everything. I am highly impressed by this place and unless it's something Tesla specific they just earned my business for as long as I am in PA. THANKS CBA!

On Friday I was told they only use OEM trans from the dealer and they were back ordered and it would take 4-6 weeks. So monday called and said the price was in the middle of and I was probably going to go with them. At that point I was told the estimate was a estimate and the price could change due to KIA does not necessarily use the vin number for the actual trans. Never heard of that so first red flag went up Then he needed to have the car to order the part ok guess I give you that one. I then called other shops along with a KIA dealer they all said they order off the vin so that being said I made my decision go elsewhere don't trust them. So later in the afternoon on Monday I get a voicemail. Good news Steve we can get the transmission installed and have you on the road this Friday just get us the car by tomorrow Tuesday and the price will be the estimated price and they need a deposit today ( Monday) Well then that was the final flag war over battle won by me Don't trust the shop and the tactics who is to say they get my car rip it apart and the start nickel dime and the the time frame for completion is way off. So my advice use CAUTION!!!

They were super honest and didn't try to fix things that were not in need of repair and gave it a clean bill of health. I brought in our Jeep for its annual inspection with the same results. That means a lot to know they won't try to rack up a crazy bill and will do an honest job. Will continue to use them for anything I may need. Super nice people there.

Nothing like using the dirt to scratch the paint! Paid for the top package, no under blast, not tire shine, basic wash for the top package that was 16 or 18 bucks. The mirrors on some trucks today are power folding, every time I go through I power fold them in, and then they start yanking on them as soon as I'm out. Oil changed there a few times. They used some Chinese junk oil filter that leaked. I assumed it was a problem with my truck, went to the dealer to find out they used some Chinese oil filter that leaked from how the filter was assembled. Cost me 150 bucks at the dealer to remedy the situation after spending 80 bucks on their oil change. I Complained and it fell of def ears. This place could be great. The employees need more training, and parts that are at least made in this country.

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare.
