The receptionist is an absolute doll to deal with. And while satisfied with the work performed on the underside of my vehicle, the lack of respect for the condition of my interior cannot be ignored. While this sedan is older it is still in daily use and I paid just over 1200$ for service and repairs. Very disappointed with their services as the car was broken down once I got out of the shop after the car had spent over 4 weeks to be repaired! Now they will tell me to wait another week to repair the damn temperature elevation..also, their finishing (quality) of the work is too bad, they left the front seats too nasty and ugly.. This shop is absolutely amazing. The owner Sam is honest, friendly, and just an all around great guy. Along with his shop he has an auto sales business too. I have been searching for the last week to get my rear brakes fixed. Everyone was quoting me $500 and up to the point of almost $800!! I felt at a loss that I was going to have to sell and arm and a leg to get my car fixed. But I went on a chance to go see Sam and he quoted me half of what everyone else was charging! Yikes. Company kept my car for over two weeks. No one there was organized and they kept delaying my car without telling me, giving me false pick up dates. And the only way I'd find out is if I called. They never called anyone back, Arthur kept delaying the car saying that it'd be ready when in fact it hadn't even been worked on yet or touched. Never would recommend this place to anyone. They just tell you what you want to hear and expect you to go with whatever they say. No one told us about the down payment. Just an unorganized business that may be cheaper than others but when they have your car for 3 weeks, it makes it about the same as other companies with rental cars/Lyft/Uber. Then when they give it back to me my passenger side front tire is almost flat and they give me an estimate for a tire rod. Crazy. Highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. read more

Beware! Took my car in for service recently to this place and the two credit cards that I used for payment both had fraudulent activity within a week! I am very suspicious that someone who works at this place is stealing credit card information and selling it. Fortunately whoever did this doesn't realize that fraud detection is pretty sophisticated these days and that they'll be tracked down pretty quickly. Both banks' fraud departments are working on this and I will be filing a police report. read more

SA Auto Repair is the best auto mechanic in Denver. Over the years, I've taken my cars to the dealerships, and a whole bunch of mechanics and auto shops with big ads in the Yellow Pages. Sam and all the mechanics at SA Automotive Repair are the only ones who are honest and competent. They fixed a hose on my truck the dealership said was a $1900 catalytic converter problem and charged me under a hundred bucks with the oil change, too! When the transmission went out in my Subaru, it was just before Christmas, and dealerships and places were quoting me more than you can believe. SA Auto got me a new transmission at the best price of ten other shops, and I had my Subaru all fixed by Christmas! Best part: They took the time to teach me about transmission maintenance, fluid, and all the other things a busy mother of three needs to know. And they spotted a tail light bulb was burned out. I'm impressed! Ladies, if you've ever been ripped off by a mechanic, and we all have, get you and your car over to SA Automotive Repair. They're just east of I-25 on Evans. They sell cars, too, and if you see something you like, you can trust them that the car is in great shape and will give you reliable transportation for years to come. My old subaru was about to die as I was driving down Evans at 5:45 pm on my way home from work. As it turned itself off, I was fortunate to be in front of Sa Repair and pulled in, not knowing a thing about the place . Although it was end of day and his kind wife and toddler had arrived to leave together, Sam the owner/mechanic didnt hesitate to bring out all his testing equipment, immediately test and very accurately diagnose my dead alternator, arrange a parts distributor to bring it by himself on his way home, quote me a very reasonable and exact price that moment, wait patiently for the part, with he, his wife and toddler patiently waiting as well, and put it in immediately, charge me the minimal labor charge and I was on my way at 6:25pm-all after hours for the parts reception and his fast and perfect work. He was amazing-superb diagnostician, fast and very,ver good pricing and went way way out of his way to help me out, without even knowing my circumstances (I have no other way home nor anyone to assist and need my car daily). He also recommended a simple oil additive for a major old engine issue he showed me . He knows cars-all makes. on FYI: he is mercedes Benz dealership trained mechanic nd it shows. You'd be crazy to take any car anywhere else than to him and I too will be back. read more
