Eddie with Eagleview Landscaping is actually how I found Joe with The Plumbing Pros, and I'm so…read moreglad he connected us! After our main water-line repair, our water pressure suddenly became extremely low. Eddie came back to check everything and, when it became clear we needed a plumber, he personally reached out to Joe, someone he trusted, which speaks volumes to begin with, to help us get to the bottom of it! Joe came out, diagnosed the pressure issue, and got our water pressure working properly again! Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew his stuff. What really impressed me was that while he was there, his experience helped him spot a couple of other things I never would have known to look for. He replaced our toilet fill valve and noticed our older plastic toilet water-supply line was already showing its age and could eventually fail or burst. He replaced that with a braided stainless-steel supply line as well. I wish I had taken before pictures, but I'm definitely glad we caught these things when we did! That's why having a seasoned professional you can trust matters. Joe fixed the problem he originally came out for, but he also had the experience to recognize potential problems before they turned into bigger, more expensive ones. He explained what he was seeing, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Joe definitely earned himself a returning customer. The Plumbing Pros is officially going on my "people to call again" list! Rex Pro Tip: Joe leaves you a refrigerator magnet for $25 OFF your next repair, KEEP IT! Put it on the fridge with his number handy. And considering my house is about as prehistoric as I am, I have a feeling Joe and that little magnet may be hearing from this T-Rex again. 5 ROARS from Focusaurus Rex

The team was very professional and detail-oriented when completing the proposed work. We appreciated their honesty, recommendations, and fair pricing (compared to other quotes for similar scope). We never felt like they were trying to upsell us before and during the repairs and water heater install. Additionally, we wanted to call out Joe in particular. My father-in-law had a major fall which resulted in a traumatic wound to the head. Joe jumped in immediately to tend to my family, provide temporary wound care, and clean up the blood on site. This was not part of the job description, but his background and kind heart prompted him to come to the rescue. Thank you, Joe, for being there to support us as a professional and a decent human!

Two word review: Honest, Responsive…read more This is my THIRD consecutive 5-star review for Rocklin Heating & Air. In the last 10 or so years in the area I've called RHA, one other place because they could get me to faster - had a bad experience, waited for RHA had an amazing experience, and decided they're going to be my ride-or-die for HVAC. I called them at 7am and by 11:30am their tech had fixed and tested everything and off to help someone else. Yesterday was the start of a heat wave and ... our AC unit quit on us. I called RHA as soon as they opened this morning at 7am, asked for Joe in particular, and they gave me a window between 10am and 12pm. Joe texted ahead of time at 10:30, diagnosed the blown capacitor, swapped it out, cleaned things up a bit, tested the coolant, answered a bunch of questions, and was on his way in just under an hour. The diagnostic was $129 and the capacitor was $186 today. By a complete and total coincidence, I had been running some experiments with home temperature sensors for the last week. You can literally see on these pictures exactly when the AC unit stopped working - and when RHA saved our bacon. The "other" place I called years ago only had a $79 diagnostic charge, but wanted to rip out and replace the entire HVAC system - and claimed we were taking our lives in our own hands by not getting it fixed with him immediately. Joe and RHA took care of everything for the diagnostic. Yeah, you can probably find someplace to charge you less for the diagnostic or maybe less for the part, but when your house is boiling hot / freezing cold, you want to be able to call on someone you can trust to help you out - and not take you for a ride.

The person I spoke with was very professional, patient, and helpful. Since we were replacing our 23-year-old gas water heater, I had a lot of questions, and they were able to give me useful information right away. Steven was also wonderful to work with. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and sent us several options so we could really compare and decide what was best for our home and budget. I never felt pressured. On installation day, Alberto came with the team and did a great job. We also had two other team members working on upgrading our electrical panel, and everyone was professional, respectful, and efficient. What really impressed me is that they truly mean it when they say they can install your water heater as soon as the next day! Everything happened so quickly and smoothly. It's not often that you find a company where the experience is good from the first phone call all the way through the installation. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone needing a water heater replacement. Thank you to Steven, Alberto, and the whole team!

(on a Sunday) I was expecting to get the answering machine. I described the problem and he calmly walked me through the possible causes. He gave me step-by-step instructions on what might be causing the smell. I wasn't confident that I could fix it myself, so I booked the scheduled visit that following Wednesday anyway. But after hanging up, I tried his instructions. And sure enough it fixed the problem. Long story short, if you have a spare bath that is unused.
