Quick, easy, fair. Jung did a great job fixing a leak in my toilet- would hire him again!

Three things why 5 stars is deserved. 1) Kept their promise to come out at 2 pm even though it was a short notice on Sunday. 2) Reasonable - felt the price was fair for the fix. 3) Experienced professional plumber who knows the job very well. We will definitely call them back for any plumbing issues. read more

Had a plugged toilet and the plunger wasn't working. I contacted a handful of plumbers in the area. I didn't receive a response from a few, a few weren't available for a while, and a few quoted quit a bit for a clog. Jung responded right away, quoted a competitive price, and was available right away. He quickly unclogged the toilet. read more

Jung helped us out again!!! We bought a new gas stove and noticed that we weren't able to push it back against the wall. There was a good 2 inch gap from wall to stove and the installers said the gas line was the problem. We reached at to Jung and again his response time was phenomenal. He was out within days to move the gas line and now the stove fits perfectly! He also had noticed that the previous owners had tapped off the gas line?!? for an outdoor bbq that since has been removed and he took care of that too! This is our third time calling Jung and he is by far the most knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced professional we have encountered to help with our plumbing issues. read more

He is great at responding to calls and texts and explains everything so that I can understand. He even checked in after the work was done. Highly recommend Ace 1 Plumbing!!! read more

I had family visiting from out of town spending the week and of course the water heater decided to stop working the evening before their arrival the next day. I called Jung and he stopped by within an hour of supper and replaced the water heater the same night. He skipped his dinner to make sure we had a functioning hot water heater before my guests arrived. Thanks Jung!9 read more

Great experience! I climbed out of the shower this morning to discover that . . . it wouldn't turn off. That's right - the controller failed and the hot water just kept on pouring out. A quick Yelp search and John was able to pick up the correct part and be here within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Man, I have never cleaned a shower stall so fast in my life. Oh, and let me add it's Sunday, and they're normally closed today. He came anyway. read more

I reached out using a form to explain my potential problem as well as that I had already purchased the likely replacement part. It required me to shut off my water until addressed so I was in a bit of a hurry. I was quoted a flat rate and given a window of time for the appointment. It was later than I liked so I asked if I could reply within the hour if I couldn't find anyone else and Ryu Plumbing replied that it was no problem. After one hour of unsuccessfully trying to find equally available and reasonably priced I asked if the appointment was still okay. They said it was. Much to my surprise, within the next hour Ryu Plumbing reached out to ask if I was available for a much earlier appointment as they anticipated they could fit in the problem and not delay any other customers. They arrived promptly, wore a mask for the sake of responsible safety during these strange times, and were kind and informative throughout. The problem was addressed, fee paid (and offered through a variety of formats), and even had some questions answered that related to my plumbing and water systems in general. I would gladly use Ryu Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone I know or anyone in need. read more

I found Ace 1 Plumbing through Yelp and I agree that the service is fantastic. The owner came out the same day that we called...identified a leak in our faucet...and didn't charge us for the visit since we needed to order a new faucet to fix the leak. Once the faucet arrived, he came out on the same day again and installed quickly and for a very reasonable price. This is our new "go to" company for any plumbing needs. 5 stars!!! read more

I called several locations for quotes and, most importantly, a later evening appointment after work. My kitchen sink garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacement. Other businesses were too busy, did not work that late, but Jung was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. He arrived on time the same day. His quote was reasonable and lower than other companies. His customer service was excellent. He worked very fast and friendly throughout the service appointment. He explained everything clearly upon his diagnosis of the problem. I would definitely work with Jung again. read more

I live in Los Angeles and purchasing a new property in Rocklin. Called Jung yesterday for an appointment to meet up with me today for an estimate as I needed someone to look at the plumbing to install a laundry sink/tub, even if I had to pay him to come out. I was surprised Jung said that no appointment was needed, and to text him when I'm ready and he'll meet me roughly around 30 mins Friday afternoon (today). Awesome right? Well I did call and texted him today (just now). He apologized and said he won't be able to meet me since he was busy and he had jobs lined up. That's why I tried to make an appointment with him since I need to drive back 400 miles tomorrow back to LA. Asked me about the issue and gave me a rough estimate. Really? That's how you do business? I should have called a more reputable company. Definitely won't work with someone who backs out of our verbal agreement. read more

Ace 1 Plumbing is fantastic. After a little trial project (replacing a water pressure reducing valve), I gave him a trickier job: replacing a conventional water heater with an outdoor high-efficiency tankless heater. He did excellent work and honored his quote, even after it turned out to be a bigger job than originally planned. I liked his work so much, I gave him a bonus! Also, I found out that in addition to being a journeyman plumber, he's also a professional project manager! What a quality guy. Highly recommended! read more

Amazing same-day services and what a great experience! Our water heater broke. Called Jung and he was very prompt, courteous, and professional. The quote was very reasonable. His recommendation is based on the facts and the needs of the owner and not for the sake of promoting certain fancy products. Based on the photos I texted him and he was able to get the right water heater (kind of rare type) and made everything work like magic. Jung is very knowledgeable in plumbing and can troubleshoot problems so well. HIGHLY recommended.!!! Thank you so much Jung. read more

I saw the amazing reviews for Jung so I was really excited to have him look at my shower problem and get his opinion. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by his service or knowledge. Jung, as a person, was very friendly but overall, I asked questions about other ideas he may have to fix my shower problem, and he didn't have any suggestions. I understood there were many unknowns, but I thought he may suggest possible fixes. The next plumber I called a few weeks later at Signature Plumbing had tons of suggestions and was so willing to help in any way. Sorry, but I won't be calling Ace 1 Plumbing again for my needs. read more
