I have been to several different Physical Therapy businesses in the North Austin and Leander areas…read more By far, this is the BEST! I cannot say enough about the excellent staff and their one-on-one, very skilled, expert, and professional Physical Therapy sessions. They can help with any areas you are having challenges with- whether hips, feet, back, or any area of your body. They literally kept me walking until I had surgery and then afterwards helped me recover quickly. It is so important to go to PT and THIS is the ONLY place I can recommend! Greg (Dr. Greg House, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT Board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist) is amazing and kind. Fiona has "magic" fingers that take away issues (a type of release). So happy I came to Spine & Sports PT during one of the most challenging times of my entire life!

His guidance through my recovery has been one of the key components to my success. The emotional support has buoyed my spirits and allowed me to set expectations for my progress that seemed so far out of reach when we started but have been realized along the way. As you would expect, the office is clean and easy to access with ample parking. The one-on-one therapy is personal and I never feel on display which was especially important to me when this started and I was far from my best self. I highly recommend Spine and Sports.

I can not say enough good things about this wonderful group of people…read more I was hit by a semi truck had one surgery (pending another) and had gone to 3 other PT places, these are the only ones that followed the surgeons restrictions and still made progress in helping me feel better. The combined knowledge of the staff is unsurpassed and they are there to actually help you - you will not be just another patient you will be a person with a name ! At Champion the staff take the time to get to know you, your specific needs and goals, then help you achieve them. In conclusion if you do have to get physical therapy, you could not pick a better place than Champion Performance. Note : I said their staff, Not just their therapists but their ENTIRE staff are amazing people.

I started my PT journey here with Jacob mid-July, and although I'm still going to gain full mobility and strength, I can say that he has done a phenomenal job helping me in my healing process. It's taking me a bit longer and a bit slower process only because my injury was so traumatic, and I was in a sling for the first 9 weeks from the day of the fall that a lot of my muscles are still pretty tight, but Jacob and the team have been so amazing in helping me. I love that the actual therapist always works with you the entire hour, and they don't assign a tech to work with you. Nothing against techs, but when you have a massive injury and surgery, you kind of want a well-trained person to help you every step of the way. Because of this place, I'm about to lift my 25lb baby up with both hands and do daily stuff like brush my hair, open car doors, and lift my arm up to put something on a shelf. If I ever have to go to PT for any other issue, hands down, it would be this place.

I was…read morereferred by my colorectal surgeon for issues with my pelvic floor and hemorrhoids that I had experienced for years. I had seen other PTs for pelvic floor issues after my pregnancies and while those PTs were wonderful, I think Dr. Swapnali has been more effective in helping me target and correctly use muscles in my core and pelvic floor. I was a competitive swimmer for years, I've always seemed to be in good (even great!) shape, but for years I still suspected I wasn't using my core or pelvic floor correctly. Dr. Swapnali was careful and thorough in first working to isolate movements/muscles to make sure I was using the correct muscles and not compensating with with poor form/the wrong muscles. I'm sure Dr. Swapnali can explain it better than I can, but I was fascinated from the start, and noticed a difference from the first session. Dr. Swapnali has also been kind and easy to work with. She asks thoughtful questions about my performance/week, and I have been able to ask lots of questions during sessions. The app she uses for 'homework' is easy to use, and Dr. Swapnali put in a lot of detailed notes so each exercise is clear. The office space is clean and bright. I highly recommend Quintessence Physical Therapy!

As an athlete,…read moreI only wish I had met Michael years ago--he could have saved me from countless surgeries, frustration, and missed opportunities. I've been struggling with multiple aching body parts and limited range of motion in several joints. I drove from Katy, Texas just to see Michael, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it! In just one session, he helped me gain 12 degrees of range of motion in my knee--something I never thought would happen so quickly. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and precise. He took the time to properly evaluate me, run several tests, and pinpoint exactly what I needed. He also gave me targeted exercises to help me get back to doing what I love--lifting weights and competing in CrossFit. If you're dealing with pain, mobility issues, or just want to optimize your performance, I highly recommend Tillman Physical Therapy!

After filling out at least 10 forms, first in the office, then online, then again in the office I got one appointment. The office then canceled my second appointment and rescheduled, then canceled that one. When I came in at the re re scheduled time I found that they canceled all my appointments. Even though the place was practically empty they couldn't reschedule. This was so disappointing since both I and my partner have been coming here for 5 years but never again.
